- Weather is good since the college is in northeast.
- Airport is very close to the campus and flights for major cities are easily available

- Infrastructure is in its initial development phase
- Campus is not too big you have to go outside to buy daily essential
- Gender ratio is poor i.e 5:1 boys girls ratio
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is based on IIIT Hyderabad so the curriculum majorly focus on academic life. The co-curricular activities are not so good but clubs are there if you want to organise something. College management can focus on more co-curricular activities so the academic life can become less hectic.
Internships Opportunities
Intership opportunities are same as placement major companies come for intership so Student have to grind for the internship. And we also have projects in 6th semester of college in academics. And projects helps a lot for intership and placement.
Placement Experience
Campus placement is quite good if you are a bright student because most of the companies make a minimum cgpa criteria and most of tge companies visiting have software engineer openings and few of companies offer core jobs. This year we have 75% placement if i am not wrong. My plans is going of higher education
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees- 250000 , hostel fees- 27000 , mess fees-23000 and 5000 caution fees is also taken once. There is no relaxation in fees for category students. No scholarship is provided by the college. But you can apply the scholarship outside.
Campus Life
We have two big fest one is technical fest- ENTROPY and one is cultural fest- YUVAAN. Library is not very big but we access to a lot of e-books and college provides free licence of matlab too. Sports and extracurricular activities are okayish. There are many clubs and SGC who is controlled by students body
Hostel Facilities
Students have bunker bed inside room and rooms are double sharing with two tables , two fans and one almirah. Meal is okayish you will get bored of it in sometime. You are alloted hostel at the same time of admission so there is jo different process for hostel accomodation.
Admission
I choose this college because according to my jee mains rank it's the best college i could get. I had option for NIT kurukshetra civil and NIT jaipur civil but i wanted to pursue my career in ECE branch. Admission process is quite smooth you bring all the documents that are mentioned on jee mains site for the document verification and the officials verify it and that's it.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is good according to college website the ratio is 14:1 which is quite good. And all the faculty members have done their PHDs from prestigious college of india. Exam system is a little bit hard we have two quiz ,mid semester and end semester per subject so academic life wuite hectic.
Night Life
College is in outskirts of the city so outside the campus nightlife is not so good but you can go to city to enjoy nightlife of guwahati and inside campus there is no restriction to roam around at any time. In city there are many hangout place like city centre mall and brahmputra viewpoint
