The curriculum does not really prepare you for the real world applications or further academic pursuits.This is due to the fact that the course is mainly theoretical based and not practical based.

From the 7th semester,students are eligible for campus placements. Notable companies include Microsoft, Qualcomm, Morgan Stanley, Atlassian,Amazon, Walmart etc. Highest package was of 80 LPA. Average Package ranges between 9 LPA to 10 LPA. Approx 80% of the students secure job offers.

There is an annual cultural festival of NSUT,typically held in March,featuring many events named as MOKSHA.There is also a primary technical festival,also scheduled around March,focusing on technological innovations and competitions,named as INNOVISION. The central library is well-equipped with Periodicals,Reading Rooms and Digital Access.

I applied to MAIT too and got a comfirmed admission in its B.Tech CS course. I choose this college over MAIT because it is a better college and also a government college. Exam which is accepted for my course is JEE. You need to first give JEE and then take JAC Counselling.

Faculty to student ratio is 1:100. The faculty to student relationship is pretty good. The faculty is very easily approchable. There are 2 exams in each semester:Mid semester exam and End semester exam The exams are moderate level

The Central Library operates from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays.The Cafeteria of the campus serves a variety of food items.As of now,the campus does not have operational hostels.The college gates close at 8:00 pm
