Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum of course is well good in DTU because faculty member of DTU wants to prepare the student of branch mathematics and computing to be become able to solve numerical ability and computing problem yes so facility teaches like real waste problem rather than theoretical problems in my opinion the area of improvement in the course curriculum and teaching method is the way he or she is not such good it is not applicable for all facilities but Many of the facilities are not such good the frequency and timing of exam is very good and well organised in did you no change required in exam pattern or timing in DTU

Internships Opportunities

4

So many companies comes in due for in township purpose like core companies Tata Steel Maruti Suzuki cemens KPMG American express Goldman Sex Samsung RND Adobe Amazon and the average speed provided by this company is 50 to 60 thousand per month to field in which your interest you make a project and clarify the task in front of the HR interview

Placement Experience

3

Yes DTU provide campus placement offer for the student of DTU many companies visited DTU like including Google and Microsoft number of offers provided by companies is very year by year let's approximate 1200 to 1500 offers are available highest package is also varied year by year latest date of did you say the highest package goes to be 88 lpa and the average packages is around 15 lpa percentage of student getting placements is also very deer by year in previous year around 55% student placed my first plans after getting the degree is to be placed from campus and the eligibility of campus placement is maintain the CG at least eight CGPA

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of Delhi technological University increases year by year by some amount for example the year in which admit in DTU the fee structure of 202425 236700 in which the tuition fee is 105000 Student welfare fees 20000 facilities and research charges 36000 economical vehicle section fund is 10000 and examination fee is 15000 and DTU medical facilities and premium amount for medical of student is 700 like free in year 2025 to 26 is the complete fee for this year is 2 46700 in which the tution fees 1 63000 Student welfare fee is 22000 and facilities and service charge 36000 and economically weaker section and examination fee is 15000 and DTU medical facilities and premium amount for medical of student is 700 same as the fee in year 2026 to 27 the complete fees for this year is 2 66700 in which 177000 while Student welfare is 2500 while facilities and service 10000 examination fees 15000 and DTU medical facility charges and last one is fe structure in 2027 to 28 is 27000 the facilities and service charge 40000 economically 10000 and examination examination fee is 17000 and did you medical facility charges 700 and the total fee for this year is 2 lakh 86700 and the company of complete courses 1036800 for b.tech of all branches in DTU

Campus Life

5

Campus life in DTU use very chill. Note such restrictions like other colleges. Many societies are present in DTU. And the infrastructure is so well good. Manifest held in did you the biggest fest held in dut engifest one of the most loud fest after the best of IIT Delhi. And so many have a thorns are also held in DTU. Techfest is also held in DTU. One of the best library present in the DTU the range of accessibility of books in DTU is so many vast for all branches and for all categories DTU provides the technical provisions within the classrooms also too many extra curricular activities offered in kick campus why many societies and sports societies also the illuminai network of DTU is also very was for example Raghuveer Singh Bhola is the eliminate of did you former Indian hockey player and Olympian Vinod Dham father of pantadium chip Rohit Bansal co founder of Snapdeal Satish Kumar scientist associated with DRDO and nuclear technology research

Admission

We choose DTU over other colleges because of the reason of locality in Delhi. My College placements is more than the other nites and lower it that is the reason also why we prefer DTU over and lower nitis and iits. And the college life is very chill. Admission process of ttu is first you clear the JEE mains exam letter then you feel the Jack Delhi admission form after the form filling you select for a particular course in which you are eligible. I got confirmed admission in NIT Andhra Pradesh in electronics and electrical engineering what the placement starts and the locality was not good of that college so I prepare DTU over nit Andhra Pradesh eligibility for admitting in this college is first you clear the JEE mains and the marks date in your 12th exam is at least 60% it is different for some category like 55% for OBC NCL and 55% for defence quota and 50% marks is compulsory for SC ST and PWD student in aggregate in physics chemistry and mathematics in class 12th the home state Kota in DTU is about 85% so cut off of other states is many high while the cutoff of Delhi region student is low for example if you have a rank of 4000 from other state then you get admission in DTU in computer science 10000 you will get admission in computer science branch

Faculty

2

The faculty to student ratio in DTU is good or we can say that more than enough and the relationship between the faculty to student is also a good relationship and even when we approach the faculty the facilities available the faculty which is present in second semester of 1st year Anshul sir is my best faculty among them because the way he teaches and the way he attend the class is more interactive and and the faculty name anuma Garg is not such a good facility because the way he teaches dislike everyone and the wave YC attend the class and handle the class is also the disliked by everyone. Exams in DTU pattern is two exam conducted by DTU in one semester and the toughness of exam is maintained not such easy not such stuff and the number of students to clear the exam is very less in four example in my class like two or three student can't clear the exam

Night Life

4

The nightlife like in or around my college campus is open air theatre and sport complex there is gym is also available in campus which is available for 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. so many cafeteria are situated in campus like amuls mother dairy and many local cafe one biggest Liberty is also available public areas is open for everyone in every time timing of hostel up to 9:00 p.m. or campus timing is up to 9:00 p.m. famous hangout place inside the campuses open air theatre or sports complex safe locality to room around at night is open air theatre Overall college life experience is well good

The placements percentage for top branches is around 80% and many big companies like Amazon, Uber, Google, Microsoft, etc. offer placements. After my degree I plan on securing a placement on the tech field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as **fairly comprehensive and reasonably relevant**, especially in terms of building a strong foundation in core engineering concepts. One of the factors that influenced my decision to choose this course was the **structured curriculum covering important fundamentals such as programming, data structures, mathematics, and core engineering subjects**, which are essential for both technical roles and higher studies. The curriculum provides a solid theoretical base and helps develop analytical thinking, but for real-world applications students often need to complement it with **projects, internships, coding practice, and self-learning**, since some topics are still taught in a more traditional or theoretical way. In terms of improvements, the curriculum could benefit from **more industry-oriented electives, practical assignments, updated lab work, and interactive teaching methods such as case studies or project-based learning**. The exam system typically includes **two major exams per semester — a mid-semester exam and an end-semester exam — along with internal assessments, quizzes, and assignments**. The exams are generally **moderate in difficulty**, and students who attend classes and prepare consistently are able to perform well, though the evaluation tends to focus more on conceptual understanding and written exams rather than purely practical skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really liked physics and applications of physics so chose mechanical engineering, as ut has a lot of application of physics directly can really see how things work not just ideally but actually Curriculum is really good besides getting assignments which noone takes seriously everyone just copies , there must be much more practical stuff so that everyone learns but we do get that in tech teams but not directly as a student in college. There must be practical teachings and proper guidance proper high level machineary must be there, industry visits must be there and internships in such companies must be encouraged There are 5 exams of 1.5 hour considered as mid sems and 6 exams of 3 hours considered as endsems

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is really good, i was always intered in the Engineering perspective of cars, and I must say it tries to deliver but doesnt sicces that well, atleast till now. For example I was really interested to study IC Engines this semester, it was a 4 credit main course, but I got RGautam as a teacher and in lab there are just artificial small models which are cross-section of various engines scaled down. So I felt really bad As I said earlier, the exams are relatively easy.
