Remarks

I had scored exceptionally well in jee main and jee advanced with ranks below 10000 in both of them. I was also getting admission in IIT Patna for mid branches like mechanical engineering. But , as per my interest, I joined DTU for CSE degree to pursue this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The CSE curriculum is good for students and train them well in the feild of software engineering by providing good knowledge regarding coding , DSA and other core concepts of programming. I personally like the way of teaching.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

A lot of students get internship opportunities beginning from right after 2nd year in the required feilds. Companies like Amaazon, Google, Adobe, Infosys offer packages to students year on year basis.

Placement Experience

Our college offers an outstanding placement record. The average placement in INR for CSE branch is around 20-25 LPA. It is a high placement package seeing the current job scenario and other challenges in the software industry.

Fees and Financial Aid

DTU provides a superior CSE program which is highly regarded for its academic merit and state of art facilities. The curriculum is well designed, providing an excellent mix of theory as well as practical engineering knowledge.The fee for CSE program is 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh per year. It is a merit based institute which requires a rank below 10000 in jee main for CSE branch.

Campus Life

The campus life is enjoyable as DTU is spread wide across 160 acres of land and is a massive place to open up and explore all the extra and co-curricular activites. There are a lot of societies and clubs such as tech teams, dramatic societies, coding clubs, and much more.

Faculty

The faculty in DTU is good and provides excellent and possess outstanding knowledege of their respective subject and help us throughout the college. All the teachers are good and well educated and behave nicely and politely.

Night Life

There are enourmous amount of hangout spots such as nescafe, amul, HIms cafe, Raj Soin Hall which are fun and offer good quality food and beverages. The campus is guarded all day and night including hostels which makes it fun for lte night activites.

Shubham - DTU Honesty review after 4 year in college

Placement Experience:

Students who have completed there 4 sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 2month summer internship and students who have completed there 6th sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 6 month internship along with ppo or fulltime or direct fulltime opportunities. Around 70-80% students gets placed in tech branches and around 50-70% gets placed in core branches. My plan after degree are to join a fulltime offer.

The best college you can get into after IITs

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is decent enough. If you are from Tech and circutial branches you can expect package ranging around 12-30lpa, and other than this you can expect somewhere between 8-15lpa for other branches. Overall the placement is quite good.

Placement Experience:

From 3 year onwards on campus internship will start and I am in second year so I didn't know about how much package and placement ratio but like Average package for cse 23 lakhs per annum and highest is 82 lakhs per annum and one time highest package in cse is like 1 cr

Students of Fourth Year are eligible for the campus placements as of now I am in second year I don't have exposure to that knowledge. I will get the placement after getting degree if not than i will start my own startup and agency.

Placement Experience:

Placements were supposed to be very goood but last year it was average the average package is about 12 lpa and median is about 9lpa this is the reality.If you look at other website they will show the higher data but this is reality.You need atleat 8.5 cgpa as a secure benchmark to take part in placcement.About 70% of the student get placed

College time is good For students like I was travelling 30KM for my college my college start at 9:10 and ends at 4:20 in which 2 they give break Tea break and lunch break in which tea break is for 15 minutes a lunch break is for 30 minutes

My honest experience at a GGSIPU university

Placement Experience:

The fifth semester students become eligible for campus placements. The College organise placement, registration and shortlisting based on academic performance and semester marks. Many well-known companies visit the campus for hiring every year, including both mass recruitment and profile based offers students get opportunities in core companies as well as IT and consulting firms, the highest package offered in recent years has been competitive, and the average package is decent for most . A good percentage of students manage to secure placement through campus drives, but it also depends on students preparation and skill level students also get internships into placement offers. If a student does not get a campus placement, there are still good options for employability students to prepare for off campus placement, government exams or higher studies like Masters. Overall the placement environment is active and give students affair chance to start their careers.

I got this college according to my rank in JEE Mains exam. Admission process was nice as first i had got the NSUT DWARka with the same branch but after the second round of counselling i got admission in this College as I had put DTU above the NSUT in the preference list. Only JEE Mains is accepted for B.Tech courses in DTU. So talking about the admission process we have to first clear the JEE Mains examination and after that we have to do counselling through JAC Delhi in which we have to choose a preference and make a list of colleges with preferred branch and submit it in the JAC Portal and after several rounds of college allotment process whch takes 1 to 2 months we get the college according to out JEE Mains rank and preferene list than we have to go to the college aloted to use Physically for the document verification , one the verification is done our admission is confirmed in the college and we get admission letter and are able to attend the college from the starting of session....Read More
