Likes
- There is so much to be liked in our college, specially in our commerce department. Firstly the staff was so much supportive and good. Teachers are like your mentors ho will always support youu. Studying experience was good
- Campus life is also good. The College organises a lot of festivals for fun purpose beside your academic growth as well. I have joined the college theatre group G.C.D.C and trust me it gave me a family bond with my team.
- College hygiene was good. Food was also good. I have spend my college life enjoying delicious meals. For food they have a lot of options like College Canteen, Nescafe, Juice and shake bars, Kulcha and golgapha vala bhaiyaa and all.
Dislikes
- There was not much to be disliked in PGGC-11. Because this college has given me a lot and I can't complain on anything. This College has given me a lot of life lessons as well. I became my second home.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course B.Com (hons in finance and accounting). Look teachers will reach you the syllabus bit the rest you have to cover your all. For that library and computer facilities would be given to you. The library contains a lot of books which you can refer for extra material.
Internships Opportunities
Different internships opportunities are available but you have to be aware for those. I have done 2 internships in the college. Look collee provides internship opportunities but you have to be more aware for those.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is approximately 24000. Besides there is no such registration fees and other fees at all. Late fee for the late submission of fees was charged nearly around 2000/-. A lot of scholarships was available but I have not availed any of these. Scholarships like single girl child, SC/ST students etc..
Campus Life
Campus life was so good. I have joined the theatre group of our college G.C.D.C and it really gave me family kind of bond. A lot of clubs were there like red ribbon, etc. NCC and NSS is also available. Beside academic college hosts many other functions for fun and overall development.
Admission
Our college admission was based on centralised basis. I have applied for other colleges also but I was alloted this college. After allotment of college you have to pay the fee and your admission was done. College allotment was done on the basis of your 12 class marks. on my time the cut off of my college was nearly about 109
Faculty
First of all, The faculty is more like your mentors and very supportive. I mostly know about the Commerce department faculty and they all are so good. Generally finally exams are held at every semester of 100 marks out of which 20 marks are assesment from teachers and 80 marks is theory based.33% is passing criteria. Beside this MSTs were held in between of every semester ranges between 40-50 marks. Out of which 25% was passing criteria.
Night Life
First of all, I miss the food of our college. They have a lot of options like Canteen, Nescafe, Juice and shake corner, Kulcha and golgapha vala bhaiya, and much more. It serves you food with proper hygiene. a big area of a college covers playground, basketball court, swimming pool and much more.
