Best Infrastructure College at Affordable Fees

My college curriculum is freshly prepared every year with mainly having to more give practical knowledge to students In 5th semester there is inplant training (internship) in which all students go to different companies which college provide to take practical training of what they studied till 4th semester. Industrial visits are done every semester to relevant of the subject. Exams are held every 1.5 months and easy to pass.

College provide internship in 5th semester in mostly MIDC companies where students mainly have different roles to learn more. I was in Patil Machines Pvt. Ltd. and i was in production department with store department also, my stipend was 8000rs per month. I studied different machines on how they are made and made a black book on it. I learnt about production system, it's issue, collaboration of diffence departments. There is final year project where we apply our knowledge gained from previous semesters, it helps in problem solving, critical thinking and Innovation.

Campus starts in 6th semester (last semester) in which different companies like reliance, voltas, TCE, etc come for placement with package of 2.4 to 3.6 LPA. Only 2-5 students are interested in job after diploma, mostly students go for higher education like BTech, BE. My plans are also same like others, I'm going to do BTech in specialized course i.e. aeronautical engineering.

College is very affordable in terms of fees payment, I paid 8950rs for third year, 8900 in second year and 9600 in first year. Annual Social Gathering Fees 100.00 Development Fees - 1,000.00 Examination Fees 1,400.00 Gymkhana Fee - 200.00 Internet & E-mail Facility 150.00 Library Fees 100.00 Tuition Fees 6,000.00 Total 8,950.00 If one family's income is less than 8 lacs he/she can apply for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) in which you don't have to pay tuition fees. My one friend applied for the same so his college fees around 3000rs. There is scholarship for SC/ST students as per merit.

College cultural committee held different competition every semester. In odd semester, chess, carrom, table tennis competition are held, Sports committee of college held cricket matches between different departments of college and participate in inter college cricket matches. Other departments also held their events like coding, trading competition, treasure hunts etc. One of the famous event in college is 'Festum'. In festum, students place thier stall in which they sell food items or games, this helps students to learn business strategy, marketing, finance, teamwork,etc. College Library is equipped with all types of study books and reading books also. There is separate department library which has specific books which is used by teachers.

Apart from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic(SBMP), I applied into Bhausaheb vartak college of polytechnic, VJTI but I chose this college since it has best infrastructure and teaching faculty with good syllabus and this college is autonomous college so it has plus point. I didn't get into VJTI because of cutoff only but this got me into SBMP. Admission is done through MSBTE portal. To get into this college one should have passed 10th boards with around 75% to be placed in the first round of admission. Admission procedure is very simple and easy.

There are 20 faculties in mechanical branch and all are good in terms of relationship with students. Our shukla sir is one of the chill professor, he doesn't give any problem to us. There are 2 periodical test per semester and it is easy to pass if studied well. There is a final exam which is moderate in terms of difficulty, some students fail to pass it. Our syllabus is updated and have new subjects introduced every year.

There is no hostel facility so no late night activities, but it has gymkhana in which Student play carrom, chess, table tennis in free time. College canteen has affordable and tasty food where students and couples spend their time mostly. Outside College there are different shops of momos, shawarma,etc at affordable rates and hygienic too. College is in Mumbai and police station is nearby so there is no safety issue.
