- College is equipped with fully air conditioning and high speed in classrooms and campus. All types of labs are available and also in working condition.
Dislikes
- Although infrastructure is good but it doesn't have ground for physical sports.
Admission:
Apart from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic(SBMP), I applied into Bhausaheb vartak college of polytechnic, VJTI but I chose this college since it has best infrastructure and teaching faculty with good syllabus and this college is autonomous college so it has plus point.
I didn't get into VJTI because of cutoff only but this got me into SBMP.
Admission is done through MSBTE portal. To get into this college one should have passed 10th boards with around 75% to be placed in the first round of admission. Admission procedure is very simple and easy.

- the collage has good amenites which are clean and good looking
- it has ample and good quality labs and other common areas
- The collage premise is good big with good inrfrastructure .

- no big ground or open area the college is just too cramped feeling
Admission:
the admission process is a bit complicated but it is not that hard this was the only good Diploma college from my perspective
no I did not get rejected from any other collages This was my first pick

I selected this college and not other's as this is a government aided college so fees is less. And it's in the top 3 diploma college's. Admission criteria for this course was 60+% in SSC. It's been allotted by DTE and 3 lists are been conducted to get on the first list you will need around 85-90% marks. And you can get into this course and college after your 10th boards or 12th boards, with 12th boards and ITI course you can get into direct second year. Admission process was not very lengthy but it will take a day as to submit all the docs and feed your own data in their portal. And that's it submit the first demand draft as your 1st year fees. There are people to guide. It feels hectic but it goes pretty smooth.

Profound and very recognized college for a diploma in engineering. The syllabus is very much up-to-date and the teachers are fantastic. The university building is very nice and new. All the assignments are very logical and helpful. They give us projects to use our technical knowledge practically. So that we can understand the difference between theoretical and practical life. They also provide us with 6 months of implant training in industries so that we get some experience in industries about their working and procedure. From this inplant training, we learned many things. I am happy for taking admission in this amazing college.

Always loved machines and wanted to do mechanical engineering. SBMP gave me an opportunity to directly pursue mechanical engineering directly after my 10th. It is one of the most reputed Diploma colleges in Mumbai and also India.

Admission for first-year diploma courses is done through the Maharashtra DTE CAP (centralised) counselling, based on SSC (10th) marks. For institute quota seats (20%), you apply on SBMP’s website, pay an application fee (INR 500) and upload required documents. They reserve 50% of seats for Gujarati-speaking linguistic minority students. Eligibility requires passing 10th with at least 35% marks. After applying, candidates must go for document verification, and then seats are allotted via merit list by CAP.
