Remarks

No hush feeling for the college only complaint i had that if campussing was good at our time then it would be greatful to us. And the positive part was teacher was awesome who understand us better than what we knew about us.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was good but the problem is in these courses. If i have been join in it why should i learn phyiscs chemistry and biology in first semester. I don't think these are ever required in it jobs. So this was the issue i think

Placement Experience

No internship no stipend no campussing even. As we are the first batch of the college so we did not have enough facilities. So we had to try for the interviews outside of the college for the jobs. This was the issues we faced

College Events

Fest, sarswati puja, biswakarma puja, sports, freshers welcome everything was started by us only as we were the first batch of the college, and i was so dedicated on all the occasions as i was the president of the college as well i was the college cricket capitan.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. One semester we had to pay 18500 and other one 23500. These two amount we had to pay for one year. Its around 42000 where as other college charged around 60-70 thousand for one year. So it was feasible to us.

Campus Life

Apart from football and cricket there were no other sports facilities we had at that time but labs are ok to do the work. Teachers was so polite and helpful to taught us everything as engineering labs are totally new to us.

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel was so pathetic. As we were the first batch we did not have enough facilities in hostel but still they have tried lot to make us happy in hostels. Our food quality was very good it was not like other colleges.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

We are the seniors only as we were the first batch of the college but teachers were so helpful and they helped us lot to learn everything even they taught us life lessons which we required at that time.

Admission

I have given joint entrance then i cracked it Out and i went to counceling for the college selection then i got a chance to connect with rice adamas Institute of technology which was under the wbut. But it was pretty tough for new people to understand.

Faculty

Our faculties were very good and they were so friendly to us. And most important they taught us to learn life lessons and still after 10 years we have good relationship with them. They still invite us for college program.

Likes

One of the things i liked the most was the quality of lecture given by the professors
The campus is very spacious the college has every facility
A fully equipted studio and lab for Journalism students

Dislikes

Things i disliked was the most has to be the locality the college is really nice but the locality is a bit shady

I always wanted to take up Journalism as a career and the thing which caught my attention in this college is that they have a fully equipted studio room and other colleges may have one but the students even publish there own news report here it prepars us very well for the real world

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

The everyday journey

Likes

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Dislikes

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

Faculties are helpful and kind and the classroom environment is healthy
Classroom, labs and libraries have proper infrastructure
Certificates are provided for participating in conferences or extracurricular activities

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided in final year . Average package offered is 3 to 4 lpa . Paid internship is provided in 3rd year and the placement percentage is more or less ok. After complication i will either pursue Msc or look for a job.

Likes

The campus is big and full of greenery with the vibrant feel of nature.
The students of the same batch are friendly and helpful.
The teacher's are friendly and helpful. They do provide helpful recommendations for the betterment of your future.

Dislikes

The seniors are overly harsh when it comes to 1st year.
The infrastructure could be worked on. The college lacks renovation.
The hostel does require everyday cleaning and renovation as well as the campus.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this but I guess from the sixth semester the students are eligible for campus placements. This year a student from AEIE got a package of 11.2 lacs per annum and the average is around 4 lacs per annum.

Likes

The faculties are very good and very active. They are always ready to help
Campus is very beautiful and nice. Campus may be a little bit smaller but it is beautiful.
Environment is very good. And have a natural's beauty

Dislikes

Location is a thing which may difficult to find out.
Number of faculties are small quantity due to the college is newly established
Because of the college is new so therefore not huge like any NIT or IIT

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There many service based companies visited like TCS ,Cognizant, wipro, Infosys. Almost 60-70% student placed in on campus. Highest package offered by TCS 9-10lpa and Cognizant 6-7lpa wipro 6-7lpa infosys 10lpa etc. 60-70% student getting placement I will go for placement

Adamas university : Path of success

Placement Experience:

The University Provides Placements options for the students from the 3rd Semester onwards. For the Department of Geography Companies like - GeoDesign and Research PVT. Limited, Wipro, Acadecraft Pvt limited, Cactus etc. are there as recruiters with an average package of 3 LPA. University takes a target to 100 % placement among then almost 60% are placed and rest of the students mainly go to the research field.

Adamas Universiy : The guided path to Tomorrow

Placement Experience:

Since the syllabus is quite up to date, students learn a lot and are way ahead of their age group students. Most of the students qualify for placements with attractive packages. The university also encourages internships that carry credits in their academic report.

A honest review for my college

I took the jee mains entrence examination,and got a rank around 12k then i took admission on Adams institute of technology. I took admission by online counseling which is happening in every year.Attend the counselling session and choose the college for where i qualified & complete the fee payment process. Adamas is a growing college with good Infrastructure.

Very co-operative and well knowledgeable. They helped us to gain more knowledge from them at free time. The faculties were very experienced, they help us a lot to learn and gain knowledge for very tough GATE exam. Yes they provide internships at various private companies on the basis of merit.
