All about Gurucharan college

Okey so I choosed bba because as this course help me to explore the buisness trends , as well as to challenge myself , acquire lots of buisness skills, team work and communication skills, and also give few gist of mba course , as the bba course prepares me for all the above mentioned things ,I m easily able to think and pursuit my future course , and i aslo wanted my college to improve their teaching methods by conducting regular seminars ,GD etc

From 3rd semester itself students are eligible for campus placement but the placement is not guaranteed, companies like icici bank, axis bank and bandhan bank visted in college, the highest package is 12lpa while the lowest is 3lpa , 95% students got placement as the college claimed but it's not guaranteed , after degree I m planning for mba

So basically I m studying cbcs(bba) degree which is 3 year course and my fees is 26000 per year , and thus it is a private course it doesn't have any category based fees, all the students have to pay the same fees

Okeyy so there are many events conducted by the college like sharodia utsav , Basannt utsav, saraswati puja , fest etc etc which is basically conducted in the month of oct , match, feb and around July - aug respectively, their were lots of books and journals available in library and it is well maintained, honestly their were no technological provision in classroom which is very bad , overall sports and extra curriculum activities offered by campus are college provides free gyms and conduct difference sports events for the students who are interested in sports, there were many students who run social groups and clubs to engage student and update about the college

I choosed this college because as I m from silchar and by 2022 the bba course is only offered by only our college means (gurucharan college) , but by 2023 aus aslo offerd bba which is an integrated course , so I didn't get any other options to choose, when I got admissioned in gc i didn't have to give any exams or personal interview but by 2023 the introduced that whoever wanted to get admission they have to give cuet examination , cut-off is 60 percent in cuet and aslo you have to pass 10+2 to get admission

Guruchar college comprise of lots of faculty members across different departments ,and they are well behaved , in cbcs batch there are 1 ending exams which is eventually conducted at the end of all the semesters and 1 internal exam in the middle of every semesters and faculty teaching skills and nice so out of 40-50 students 90% of students pass their exams

As I live in silchar itself so I live in my house only but college provides free gyms library and huge field for playing sports , hostels and campus opens in the morning around 7 a.m. and the closing time of campus is 3:00 p.m. for students and 5:00 p.m. for teachers and staffs and hostels gate close at around 7 p.m.
