Course Curriculum Overview
The course of curriculum is varied and updated with the current trends of biotechnology with the help of alumni , industry professionals , faculites , student suggestions. The end semester exams can have external questions or external valuation , which would help the students to realise their individual knowledge relative comparion with the peers
Placement Experience
Students are elegible for campus placement from 6th semester onwards if they are in their undegraduate 8 semester course. There is a seperate facility in the college for placememtd known as placement cell which provide training, mock interviews provided for the students in their final year compulsory.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees of 55750 each semester, admission fees = 10000 Scholarships vased on merits are issued on fulfilling criterias they are renewed each semester and other government scholarhips are available
Campus Life
Each departments conducts their own national technical events . The whole campus event is known as mindcraft . There are sports coches and training for students intrested in sports . There are various club where you can gain non academic credits and enjoy partaking during saturdays
Hostel Facilities
Bed, a study ,table chair ,a cuboard would be provided for each student inside the room . There are five different types of mess feom which you can choose for each semester , option for veg and nonveg is provided during the mess selection.
Admission
This college seemed well known and particularly good remarks for the course i have undertaken, that is biotechnology. I feel biotechnology and food processing engineering offered by the college is very good .
Faculty
Most of the faculties in the department of biotechnology are approachable Each have their own merits Faculties with patents and government funded projects , seperate labs . There are three internals and one end semester exam during each semester
Night Life
There previals a 2 hours of study time from 8:30 pm to 10 : 30 pm everyday , after which girls and boys are allowed to have time for snacks , late night coffee inside the hostel compund and return back to individual hostel buildings within the designated time .
