What Students Say

Likes

The campus,infrastructure, library which i moct liked in the university. In Classrooms ac are also available.
The course is very intersting and also helpful in competitive exams. Faclity members in our department is also highly educated .
There is also cultural events and other events like sports, literary events etc. which enhance the hidden talent of the students .Also the engagement of the students and teachers is good.

Dislikes

The mess fee is very high and the food quality is not good enough.
There is extra discipline in the department .But the rules are only for students not for teachers .The facility member come late in class.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good . There is also field trip available in the course. The areas which must to be improved is practical part of the couse .The frequency and timing of exams is accurate according to my perspective.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We paid 15000 Rs per year for the M.Sc. geography course in the central universitylk fee of Haryana. There is no much scholarshops or financial aid available for students .only a earn while learn scheme available which has only few seats.

Campus Life

The campus is good. I am personally not a social person .l love to live alone but this campur gave me three bestfriends . The University provide various sports and extracurricular activities for students enhancement.

Admission

I choose this university because this is a central university and the students from all over come in the university, and because of that the engagement with other culture people increased . The students learn the other culture practices and rituals. The central is a mini representative of our indian unity in diversity. No I am not rejected by other colleges. Students have to give the cuet exam for taking admission in ylthe central university of Haryana.

Faculty

The faculty -to -student ratio is good. There is around 50 students in one class . I liked the most prof. M.L. Meena and Dr. Kheraj because of there teaching quality. They teach us very difficult topics in a fabulous way.

Night Life

The library is incredible, cafeterias is also good but quite expensive. The hostel are closed at 10:30 pm . The famous hangout places in the University is cafeterias ,plaza ,amul shop sports complex.

The course is based on semester system where 4 months are utilised in completing the course and other two months are used to check the progress by taking exam and assessments . Exams are conducted after evey 5-6 months but sessional exams goes on continuously after every unit is finished.

Going through my university.

Placement Experience:

As per the placement most replacement work done from the BTech department. And there are many companies who give their advertisement for the recruitment and they take a test in which last semester student or the student who has just fast are eligible. So placement are offered mostly in engineering department but some companies also post advertisement for many other department like BCA ,BBA ,Bsc and Msc. Highest package round 8 to 9 lakh. The average packages round 4 lakh. The percentage of student getting placement is not high but it is around 60%. I want to pursue my career in data science.

Roadmap to CUH

I applied to DU and even in BHU and also got selected in both but the problem was with hostel facilities as i cant afford to get into a pg also other reason to choose this collage is this course i am doing is worth it to choose CUH over DU and BHU. Addmision process is simple after giving CUET register to CUH offical siteand choose the course you prefer the most according to me all courses are outstanding and wait for your name in merit list onces your name is there you just pay semester fees and your addmision is done ....Read More

I had around 93%ile in JEE, ~4K rank in TS-EAMCET and, 2.5K rank in AP-EAMCET (general category Telangana Homestate), and I also got into Manipal,VIT & SRM (all CS branches), I landed decent colleges with CS branches, but in the end I was gonna choose B.Tech in IT in Andhra University, But I decided to choose Central University of Haryana as I wanted exposure of North India and the culture here. Plus it's a government university (as govt unis are highly valued in India) and the fees is very low 30k INR/semester in tuition fee is very affordable, even Andhra University was good, but I wanted a cultural shift to be able to know the world better. Most Engineering admissions only require you to have best JEE mains and advanced test scores, they don't need anything else, no extra-curriculars, nothing, so you've gotta be the best rat in this artificial rat race to make it into best colleges....Read More
