All about DTU And It's college life

Biotechnology is not considered as one of the best branches in India but the curriculum provided by DTU is one of the best there is in India It focuses on the increasing demand for biotechnology integration with the IT sector.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. A lot of companies visit the campus. Some big companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, Apple , Siemens, BGC which hire a large number of students from the campus. Around 120+ companies come to hire students from all the branches.

We have to pay a year wise fees of 6 lakh rupees for general category. And there is a fee waiver for SC,ST and economically backward section. There is a scholarship for merituos students as well. Hostel fees is 242800 rupees for entire duration.Students can avail merit cum need scholarship as well but the eligibility criteria is that there annual family income should be less than 4.5 lakh rupees which provides a scholarship of 20000 rupees as of now.

Engifest is DTU's flagship cultural fest which is delhi's one of the biggest cultural fest. A lot of big artists come in these fests typically held in February. Invictus is annual technical fest of DTU which hosts a lot of big tech companies.

I applied to IISER and BITS pilani. A lot of students prefer BITS PILANI since it is one of the best private institute in India. I got a high score in BITS PILANI but due to high fees I didn't fill for the same

Faculty members and professors are helpful in nature they are really cooperative with students and provide full support to each and every student irrespective of their branches. The exams are tough but one can score good CG if did a fair amount of study

Night life is very happening around the college simce it's location is in delhi. And night life in delhi is one of the best things of delhi.there is an in built gym in the campus and a good cafeteria also. Campus in time is 10pm and one of the famous hangout place is Hauzkhas near the campus
