Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is not tough so there is no problem in passing in the exams thats not an issue for you. And the frequency and timings of the exams is not at all difficult and wouldn't be a problem. The teaching method is good
Internships Opportunities
I am a 2nd year student so I dont have much idea about this topic so I can't help you with this topic. But all I can say is the teachers gives us research papers so that we can work on it and gain something new in our resumes.
Placement Experience
Placements over here is good no doubt. From 5th sem students start to get ready for their placements. The highest placements over here was 35 LPA last year. The percentage of student getting placed is 80%
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay Rs. 2,47,000 yearly but the actual price of the the course is Rs. 2,52,000 as I have taken admission through DSAT. Others who have joined through government exams have a lower fees than mine. it depent on your score how much u will get scholarships.
Campus Life
Tantra, Taranga, Cascades, Ethnic day, Freshers Day, Clubs inauguration for every department by IEEE such as (SPS, CEDA, RAS etc.). The fest over here is good and the singers cakled over here aare good.
Hostel Facilities
The fees for hostels are different as there are 4 different types of hostels for girls and 2 different types of hostel for boys. For girls they have 2,3,4,&6 sharing and for boys it is 3&4 sharing. The fees increases as the number of sharing decreases
Admission
I applied for Nitte Meenakshi and Dayananda Sagar but i chose Dayananda Sagar because it has a good placements and i have never got rejected from other colleges. I got accepted in Dsu before Nitte meenakshi so I chose Dsu
Faculty
The faculties here are very helpful and the marking system here is either internally or externally. the exam system here is good and there is no issues with the exams. The facuilties here will help u whenever needed
Night Life
The nightlife overhere is good and they conduct many events over here. The intime for girls is 9:30pm and for boys its 10:00. People roam around the campus before their intime place like the ground or around the school of engineering building
