UTU , Dehradun From my eyes

My interest was always in computer and coding , in my school there were no proper labs for computer learning so I decided to choose a college with computer science and engineering, i found a little bit difficult in first 2-3 weeks but now I am open with it .

My name is Himanshu and I am from Uttarakhand, I didn't get any scholarship till now . But I have applied for some private scholarships like HDFC , Relience and Some government too like National scholarship policy ( NSP ) , i didn't get the scholarship I am thinking to get a loan from bank because my family's financial condition is not that good to pay this amount of fee to my college

The campus life is decent here we don't have any hostel in our college. We don't have our main College building it is under construction, but the events here are regular , recently a lot of intercollege sports was done by our college , and A hacathon has been already done in which I got 3rd place along with my team of total 4 members .we have a tech group here called Techshatra and also a cultural and sports club.

I applied for DU bsc in computer science but unfortunately my curt rank was not that much good so I didn't get it .But I also gave JEE exam and I got 80 percentile in it , and because UTU is a gov college so I easily got a seat here in btech cse in 2nd round of counselling, the admission process was so easy here , I was not even with my parents on the admission day but didn't face any difficulty.

The faculty is good here , we have professors for every subject here , right now we have only 2 year batches of btech are running and only 2 branches cse and Cyber security, the faculty is enough for both of the branches

The Night Life is Nothing here , i mean There are no good activities or park , students mostly get out for a walk for 10-20 minutes they they get back to their Room or PG , the college is situated far from City center so nothing exciting to do here
