course curriculum is according to ICAR pattern (dor agriculture specially) course is directly connected to field work specially in college of agriculture ..we really attached with environment . exam was conducted internally monthly twice as well as externally at the final semesterof the year

there are many agriculture companies mainly pesticide comapny . summer internship is offered by the college of management to every student by allocating them to different ststes like rajasthan haryana to meet farmers and take daily ground report of their fied and their daily life needs. for this comapny will pay the stipend around 25 to 30 thousand per month to each student.

placement cell is very active many companies visited up to date like Reliance , kubota, dhanuka agri limited and many more . may be highest avaerage package is 15 lakh per yaer in management course and upto 10 lakh in field of masters and undergraduate courses. in management department ,almost 100% placement is there but in other college of university getting upto 80% of placement and scholarship. i would like to join the placement after doing my degree if i would get this opportunity

yearly fees- upto 1 lakh including hostel and mess fees. all categories fees are equal except those have scholarship . scholarship offered for those having EWS category or belongs to farmer background or provided to student who excell in the batch (gold medalist) every year. monthly scholarship upto 20 thousand given to those student who have overall good percentage in all semester including percentage of 10th and 12th board. fees of management students is much more higher than normal graduating or postgradaute student ..also they get higher amount of internship and good placement than us.

ya there are many fest organised by the university and by different colleges like college of agriculture ,humanities, fisheris technology. numbers of book are there in university library , we can easily access them by simple registration or by unique id card. sports meet are held once in a year ..inter university athlete meet is conducted every year by university at national level. every year students are selected for foreign exchange programme on the basis of personal interview and grade point in the semester..so they get the chance to go out of country for learning and othre activities.

hostel facilites are very good ...in case of girls two seater room is alloted while boys have their own single personal rooms wifi are there in every wings a big basketball court is there , hanging area is there for walk cycle stand to park the bycycle. mess food is also good and healthy with different variety

this is the first agriculture university in India (GBPUAT Pantnagar). best government college of uttarakhand as well as of india which offers agriculture and other allied courses. i applied in this university for post graduation studies in entomology subject which is the best department in research field work as well as exctra curriculam activities.

faculty to student ratio is 1:4 having research scientist to conduct research in different field . all are very punctual to their work . exam and marking system is also well with strict rules and regulations.

ya there is a written examination for selection in aparticular program. written test with negative marking. category wise seat is alloted to student after clearing the cutoff marks. enterance exam is conducted every year at the ending of previous session.

actually there is no late night activities in the campus area as there are strict rule for girls in there hostel so the entery time is fixed for summer and winter also ..but in case of any event or programme we can get the permission from hostel warden by writting application signed by guide.
