Hemwati Nandan Baguguna Government College for Post Graduation Courses was established in 1988 in the tribal region of Udham Singh Nagar (Khatima) of Uttaranchal. Since the Institute is located on the national highway connecting Barielly and Pithoragarh, it attracts many students from the tribal community along side the border area. It not only welcomes students from the local vicinity but those from Nepal as well. It provides the students with various under graduate and post graduate courses in the disciplines of science and humanities. With the increase in the student intake, Professor Hari Ram Tiruwa (Principal of the College) strives to increase the infrastructural resources as well as the teaching faculties especially to uplift the students of the backward community.

Eligibility was on the basis percentage I got on the 12th and then the cut-off are made. One can find the application form in the college easily and the college fee is nominal any middle-class Or poor student can also afford it. Yes, reservations are given to sc, st, but I don't avail it. Yes, some admission processes can be improved the information about the form and easy availability can be done.

Very supportive teachers, give advice for career, Natural and noise-free environment, near my home, very good library facilities. Bad Aspects - not pay attention to each student, Not provide quality education, law seats but more students. The admission process is so easy it's base upon a merits list, Admission starts the month of June-July.This college gives freedom with restrictions to do what you want for your bright career.
