Likes
- The campus is decent in size with a lot of greenery and good architecture
- Faculty is helpful with problems relating to forms, subject change, id cards
- Teachers have a very positive attitude of teaching and focus on fostering a good classroom environment
Dislikes
- Location of the college is very unsafe and dirty which makes it hard to attend the college regularly
- Canteen is not properly maintained and very crowded
- Student washrooms are not clean and some of them are broken whereas staff washrooms are clean but students are not allowed to use them
Course Curriculum Overview
its highly relevant due to its scope and versitality in the business and finance sectors. Teaching methods could be improved by practical knowledge building and field trips The timing of exams is perfect gives us plenty of time to prepare ourselves
Fees and Financial Aid
The general category fees for first year students was ?13000. The overall degree will cost a student around ?35000-40000. Registration fees was ?500. The fee amount is stagnant its not increasing but it varies from course to course
Campus Life
Fests are held during the fest season which is january to april. The library is pretty big eith diverse books available. Since it is a govt college not many technologies are available in the campus. Sports curriculum is nice for sports quota students. There are many societies in which students can participate and get exposure
Admission
I applied to many colleges like Christ university, UPES, Nmims, Op jindal, ashoka university. I got into almost every college. I chose this college because it is government certified and holds more value I was not rejected in any colleges mentioned above, the onky reason for me to not go in them was delhi university is a prestigious university and its not worth it to spend lakhs on a bachelors degree The admission process is lengthy due to the large number of students applying. The eligibility was CUET enteance test in which we needed to give exam of accounts, eco , bst, and english
Faculty
The faculty is very open and approachable for solving student related issues like subject change, loss of id cards etc Teaching faculty is the best faculty in my college because they focus on building a positive classroom environment The cleanliness faculty is very bad they are not doing their job properly due to which students have to suffer We have 7 exams which are confucted once a semester like end sems, exams are pretty easy it is not hard to pass them since the questions are very direct
Night Life
There is no night life in my college since it is located in a very unsafe area even the fests organised by the college end around 5pm. Hostels are nit peovided students have to see their accomodation themselves. There no famous places everyone just goes home
