Positive- it's good college ,has best teachers, has decent placement,has good seniors (no one encourages ragging),decent canteen good, we even have cafe coffee Day in our college. Negative- average campus ,worst warden in hostel, we can't use mobile inside campus if caught one should get their parents to take it back(I know it's really annoying and childish)

I have chosen computer science engineering which is the best branch in our college. Not only our college but in every government and private colleges. The employment opportunities in this branch is every good and the syllabus in this course is very informative and advantageous.

Our college was not providing us a internship before. But now since the internship has become compulsory it's providing every student a internship during 7th semester. But I recommend to search for internship on your own because it shows where you stand among everyone.

The placement in this college is quite decent with the average package of 4lakhs per anum. The Highest package goes up to 20lakhs every year. The computer science and ece and ise department people have 100% placement. Top companies visit our college.i would rate the placement as 3.7/5.

In our college there are various cultural and non cultural events. We conduct a fest every year during the even semester which lasts for 2 days,in that 1st day will have many cultural, technical,non technical competition and second day also we do have competition followed by a mega event (like we invite national singer or band or comedian)

In our college there is 3 types of fee structures based on mode of admission 1. KCET admission- government fee is 50k+ college fee is 40k=90k per year excluding hostel 2. COMEDK it's another mode of admission go to their official website for more information(it's the only way for north Indian people to join our college after from management quota seat)-this costs around 2lakhs per year excluding hostel 3. In our college there is a lot of scholarship provided for students have good academics ,for students have framing background and for students having reservation based on caste. In our college every year a scholarship is provided for students achieving 9.3sgpa+ and people achieving in sports and other fields.and for rest all distinction holders a momento is given as a token of appreciation.

A lot of extracurricular activities are encouraged by our college there are many inter college sports competition in almost all sports are conducted every semester and even the cultural activities and competition are conducted every year LAB we have very well equipped labs,every students gets and system or any apparatus required.

The hostel facility in our college is good. The food over here is best suitable for south Indians but it's not for north Indians.even though North Indian dish are prepared people won't feel it's good. The hostel is just located 3km from college and transportation is provided by college itself. The main problem is the hostel warden and his lame rules. He is no less than Hitler with 0% of common sense. He tortures students like hell,students are only permitted to stay out of hostel till 8pm after that getting in to college is like going out central jail. He seriously troubles to let students go to their home in spite of valid reason.i would rate infrastructure of hostel as 3.4/5 food 4.5/5 and experience with ward as 0/5.

For me all the seniors are like my friends they help us a lot both in academic and non academic stuff. They are too good ,they is nothing like ragging in our college Everyone in our college live in peace and harmony. No one will interfere in others works. There is no alumni interaction in our college.

Our college is affiliated to VTU belgaum whose regional office is in Nagarabhavi Bengaluru,the new scheme is CBCS scheme according to this 40marks internals and 100 marks externals (which will be later reduced to 60). The internal marks is the average of 3 internals each of 40 marks(30 marks main paper and 10 marks assignment).

I had written a entrance exam which is conducted by the government of Karnataka for the admission in engineering and other technical course called KCET. In this eaxm there are 60question each in physics, chemistry,math and based on your marks rank is allocated.

The faculty in this college are very hardworking and dedicated. All the assistant professors in the this college are practicing PHD and all the professors are PHD holders and even associated professors are PHD holders. They explain the concepts in such a way that students get the full content. They even help students to do a good projects so that they can get good LOR for abroad studies. They focus more on application of concept.
