Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum and the syllabus of the subject was relevant for the future aspects. The subjects were already defined as such it would be helpful for the future of the students who tries to go in different fields like in industries, government agencies, further studies.

Placement Experience

3

Campus do offer some placements. My friends got selected in DE Shawarma and Wipro like companies. The highest package we got during the course was 2100000. The average package was around 9 lpa. The lowest package we got was 6 lpa. Some students preferred further studies in the same field.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid around 45000 per year. It includes all the charges including lab fees, electricity bill, etc. Other categories like OBC, SC,ST paid a little less fee from general. There were different scholarships for the students and for different categories too.

Campus Life

5

College held fest every year in end of February or starting of March. There were many extra curricular activities in our college that was very engaging for the students. There were many sports and campus for the students. There were also NCC and NSS.

Admission

As a girl I felt safe going in a girls college because it was Delhi. I also got admission in other colleges but I preferred this one because it was a good, calm and secure campus for someone who was going out for the first time from the house. I got selected in the list released by the college.

Faculty

4

There was around 6-7 faculties in computer science department. And a single batch consists of around 55 students. I liked Harendra Pratap Sir because he was very diligent and disciplined regarding his subjects. There was not any faculty I disliked. There was around 2 internal exams and 1 final exam for each subject. There was also practicals relevant to the subjects.

Night Life

4

I was a day scholar but I heard from the hostellers that they were not allowed to go outside the campus without prior permission. The security of the hostels was very tight and there might be some strict actions taken against anyone who break the rules

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good
