Acca is what influenced me to choose this course as it is an professional course we are getting both an degree as well as an expertise. The curriculum prepares me well for the real world application as we cant ace it with just memorised textbooks we have to think our way through it. So far ive not felt the need of any such suggestions to be made on the curriculum or teaching methods. On a semester of 6 months we have exams every 2 months which is enough to cover the then taught modules and write the exams.

Since im a fresher im not yet eligible for internships but considering past internships we're expecting only good results for us as well as in the future too. Stipend would be 15 to 30k considering the company and ur skill.

From the 5th or 6th semester students are eligible for internships. Lot of IT companies visited made a considerable amount of offers. Highest ever offered was 17lakhs and am not sure about the average package it should be around 7 to 12lakhs . Nearly 40% of students get placements. Since am doing a professional course i plan to join for the same expertise .

Fees for this 4 year programe is 288000 and hostels are for 95000/yr this might go up in the future accordingly. Registration fees was 10000. Caution is 10000. Lab fee is 3000. This college also provides wonderful scholarships to brilliant students but not having the resources to pursue further studies and they also provide sponsorships.

Since im a fresher ive only seen a few i.e onam, diwali, Christmas, new year, University day, republic day, shiva jayanti etc. there's a wide range of books ,journals and newspapers. The facilities provided are upto the mark as soon the campus is going to be air condiined we have 2 smartboards for better visibility one whiteboard ,podiums etc. Theres an annual sports event here where There's an open ground to shine with your batch mates. And many student run clubs too like astronomy, literature etc

There's a bed with a mattress and pillow provided by the hostel and beds have drawers for storage and theres a bookshelf, cupboard, study table, cushioned chair, lights and fans. The meal quality is good with good variety of items served . Registration for hostels can be done after the admission is confirmed. It is an affordable and safe option compared to PG. And theres wifi till 11 30pm from 6pm. Therea washing machines. Clean bathrooms. We are also provided with cleaning staff that'll clean the rooms everyday.

I applied to amritha vishwavidyapeeth kollam for the same course but i chose this as its a new campus and its near my hometown whereas amrita is far away for me as well as it was a bit more expensive than cvv for the same course.i got accepted but i chose here for various reasons. Admission was considerably easier we went through an agent and i sat through an interview and got selected here . There's no rigid barriers for Admission.

Perfect balance of faculty to student ratio. There's a balance of both friendly and formal relationship between faculty and student. The faculties are always open to hear and sit upon our worries. There are 2 internal exam before the semester end exam. Exams are not that difficult its partly based on our skill of application of theories in real life scenarios. Most of the students clear the exams. The course curriculum is mostly relevant as its necessary to adapt to changing trends.

Cafeterias closes by 8 30. Gyms till 10pm. Hostel in timings are 9 30pm and campus in timings are 7pm. The famous hangout spot is in veranda of Cafeteria infront of hostels . Yes the locality is safe to roam around inside the campus. Nightlife is when everyone catches up on the lores about other departments or just daily chatterings.
