The only negative point is the development done by the urban local body which has divided the campus in 2 parts. Other than that it is a place which will always be remembered. The architecture is beautiful and you'll feel proud of being a part of the Institute.

The course curriculum is really good and covers everything necessary. There should be a few changes made as it is a bit repetative but it gets revised every 2-4 years as it is an autonomous institute.

No, the college does not provide internships in the campus. The placement cell can help you with getting internships or you can also apply outside college for internships which most of the students do.

The placements are really good. The average placement is of about 6 lpa. IT and computer generally get higher packages. Core companies and bulk companies are involved in the placement process so that every student gets a chance to get placed. The placement rate is about 95%.

There are multiple events celebrated in college. The technical event is known as MindSpark. The cultural event is called Impressions. The sports event is called Zest. The annual gathering is called Variety. The annual boat club event is called Regatta. The college also celebrates festivals like Navratri, kojagiri, etc.

The fee structure is feasible as it is a government college. It is very less compared to other private colleges. Also, there is option of getting student loans. The hostel is about 300m from college and is available at a very nominal rate at the heart of the city where rents are very high.

Scholarships are available but they are generally offered only to people with reservations. Loan is available to any student. The college has a tie up with SBI and has a branch in the college itself. Getting loans thus is a hassle free process.

The college is very supportive with extra curriculars. There are about 30 clubs with different interests. The cultural team is very active and gets awards every year in drama, dance and music. The sports team is also participative in basketball, football, hockey, swimming, etc.

The hostel facility is amazing. It has water 24*7, electricity 24*7, a small general store, a fruit vendor, a zero store, mess, parking facility, recreational zone and gym. A room accommodates 3 students in one room and each student is provided with a bed, a table, a chair and a cupboard.

The college has a very strong alumni network which includes celebrities, motivational speakers, religious heads, technical gurus, etc. These people are very active with whatever help is required. Many of the alumni also participate in the placement drive of the college for hiring students.

It's a semester wise exam structure. There are 8 semesters in total. In each semester there are 2 tests of 20 marks each and the final semester exam of 60 marks for each subject. There are credits assigned to each subject depending on its weightage

The admissions are done through the State Common Entrance Test conducted for engineering after 12th standard. The admissions are further done based on merit list. The college generally has high cutoffs and if you want to get an admission here, you need to work hard.

The faculty is well qualified and well trained. They not only teach during college hours but also are supportive in the extra hours. Most of the faculties also maintain a personal and close relationship with their students. They are cooperative and will be remembered always.
