- The first thing I like about my college is that it take care about your problems and resolve it within 24 hrs.
- Other thing that I like is that the teachers are really helpful ,they treat each and every student equally and give time to each children
- The faculty is really nice they arrange so many events and fest for students and time to time they arrange trips .
Dislikes
- One thing that I dislike is that some classes are old and not renovated
- Other thing is that there are so many clubs that treat others of different clubs rudely
- The college have placement cell but not everyone gets selected so it is good for some people but for some it is not
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I chose was bba which really helped me a lot in understanding the basics of business and management . The books and references were really helpful in my exams and also teachers suggested some important books too. Which was again a helpful source for me.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities in ggdsd was so many and there were so many courses that you can apply which was really good for skill enhancement. I got into cybersecurity internship which was really good for me and I got to know about so many things
Placement Experience
About college placement, there is a placement cell which provides the information about the companies in 5th sem. We have to fill a form where we agree to join the placement cell opportunity when companies arrive. As so many big companies arrive the chances of success is less. But if you give your best you will definitely get selected.
Fees and Financial Aid
Ggdsd college is one of the best colleges in chandigarh and it was on of my first choice before entering into college. In terms of fees it is minimal . My course fees was 48000 per year .I was in general category. Even my friends had same fees
Campus Life
My experience in college was amazing.as I entered college I got to know about so many clubs . I had interest ind ance so I joined a dance club and I performed at various events.people are really chill in college.
Admission
After my board exam my first preference for college was ggdsd only as it is one of the best college in chandigarh especially for commerce students and it's ranking all over the country is really good.. I didn't opted for other colleges as I was sure of this college only
Faculty
The faculty works really well which is plus point for this college they provide information about any event in emails and share the exam dates. In terms of exams there are 2 exams per year and mid sem in each semester.
Night Life
In college there are cafeteria where most of the students are present after classes and Hangout. There are so many sitting spots and gardens that every student in winter sit and talk and take vitamin d .
