Course Curriculum Overview
I would like to rate the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensivenes is 3 stars In some cases our college is very well maintained and developed but I didn't like the teaching methods of the faculty members
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees i pay for my course at BA honours at political science is about 10000 but as I have income certificate therefore there is an opportunity for me to pay less instead of paying 10000 yearly i only pay an amount of 1800 with a practical subject Computer Science. Extra thousand rupees is being taken for the practical subject but this year as I'm promoted to 4th semester i have only my major subject which have four paper and I have no practical subject this year so I paid less for my addmission with an amount of 400 rupees only. There are also certain scholarships available at our college among which ishan uday scholarship is the prominent one where each and every student apply for it , the scholarship provide 80000 per year which is a decent There are also certain scholarships available for the OBC people.
Campus Life
My experience with campus life if pretty good. The names of annual and technical festival include college week program, cultural events and aslo exhibition take place.there is also some parties at our college like the AASU and the AVBP.
Admission
I chose this college over other college as the place I live this is the better college compared to other colleges like tezpur college, Bengali girl's l, and other high schools .I chose this college as I heard that this college had a Good reputation with good reviews so I decided to join here also one reason to join this college is that I wanted to stay near my locality
Faculty
My department teachers are good but they can do better . The relationship between the students and faculty members are not that Good because there are some students who are given more importance than the others. There are 2 exams the first one is sessional examination of marks 20 and final examination is of 60 marks and 40 marks is for projects , attendance and co curricular activities
Night Life
My college has a gym a beautiful cafeteria where mostly every things is easily available and the it is absolutely safe around and their is no fear of getting out because the people of the community are good enough
