Likes

Hostel is very neat with good ambience and color
Mess food is southindian and it is best food in south
Canteens and maintained regualry for time to time

Dislikes

Hostel closing time is 9 PM so we cant go out of hostel after 9
We need to wear uniform every day compulsory without fail
Teacher are teaching in tamil for telugu and other students can’t understand

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good and goes deep into semiconductors and communication electronics. This deals with some of EEE and CSE . We can get both hardware and software jobs also in this course. The exams will be 8

Internships Opportunities

Every year our seniors get internship in tcs nad noida etc. we cant get internships in 1st year also if we do well. By learning skills we have more chance to get internships .internship pay scale is like 30000

Placement Experience

Very good. Every year microsoft google amazon flipkart will come and give 1Cr offer for nearly 500 studnets because it is the only college with higher placemnet rate. Sundar pichai is coming to our college and take every student to google office.

Fees and Financial Aid

Based on AEEE and JEE percentile the fees will be in 3 slabs . 1st slab 125000 nad 2nd slab 235000 and 3rd slab 330000 4th slab 450000.there is no caste reservation here.this for some branches only for cse the 4th slab fees is 600000. The average package of cse coimbatore is 9LPA . Mess fee is 49000 and Hostel feee is 58000 . Caution deposit is 10000 for tuition fee and 10000 for hostel feee

Campus Life

We have 400 acre campus so wee need cycle everday to go to class. And library . We have 3 academic blocks here one is ECE BLOCK AND EEE BLOCK. Another us for cse and its sub branchess like ai .another for mechanical integrated etcc

Hostel Facilities

We jave 24 hr water service with good wuality and 24 hr current and wifi with 1gbpss so that no student has net lag.we can browse throught differnt lectures in short time. Lights are so cool and we have laundry also

Hostel Fee: INR 49000 per year

Admission

I didnt get IIT Khargpur but i got kanpur but it is not nice at all . I got srm and vit also but culture is not good . There are drugs available there. So it is not good for health . That is my i ve chosen amma.

Faculty

Faculty is very godd in teaching and freindly . They are available at any time and also has more patience . They are like our another parents.some faculty will have tamil partility showbiased nature for some people.

Night Life

Night life is not available here because hostel closing time is 9Pm here . So before 9 we can go anywhere of campus and get good nature vibes enjoy the pleasant sound with full oxygen. In hostel noght life is so good by making maggi in kettle

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
