The course is good for me as I m a arts student. My decision to take this course was taken because i want to in the civil services. The course is very good and have real life impact on me.. this course help me in my securing future goal . There is compulsory intership program as per the new curriculum which helps in the overall development . The teaching method in the college ks no doubts good . The test and project works make me stick to my study in a good manner

The college provides intership but they are third party companies which approach to the students. The new curriculum makes intership compulsory. The college faculty provide idea about the intership but they don't play any role in the intership

Students are eligible for placements from the 1st semester itself any one can sit in the placement drive. The companys are all private companies and pay less as compared to other good college . Un Ba the placement rate is very low and the BBA have the highest. As per the faculty the highest package was 5.6LPA taken by a BBA student. I haven't sat un the placement drive so I don't have knowledge about the company that come in the placement. My plan after degree is Civil services so I don't have much idea about the placement . Xavier's have the highest placement in kolkata after that many private colleges are there but for BA I don't have knowledge about the placement in my college

The fee for my course is approx 60k per year.....the total fees may vary as the semester fees are fluctuating....the admission fee in one time and it is approx 5k and the caution deposit is 5k which is refundable after course completion. There is no fee considering as per caste system but there is scholarship program in the college. The scholarship has some basic criteria those are 90percent minimum in 12th and will be given upon the merit basis .

UMANG the fest that the college held is the best part of the college. The fest is full of joy and cheer . It is held annually at the time of December after Christmas . It is a 4day fest where in starting 3days the fest is organised inside the college campus and many bands and artists perform . And on the last day a big artist came to the fest and the fest is held at a park near our college. There are other small fest like Dandiya night dj night musical night etc. the college also holds blood donation camp. The societys that are inside the college are students association who help students to excel in there field there is no pushing or pulling by The society any student who is interested can be a part of the society there are senior who help in the growth. The college have a sport arena with many indoor games . The college library is very well equipped with books the teachers inform us in WhatsApp about all the latest materiels which sre related to our course .

The admission process is simple. Only we have fill up the admission form and fill the basic details and wait for the merit list to come . The merit list are based on the merit . The college send mail and sns to students who are selected in the merit list and have to pay the admission fees and fill the details in the next step . The students in the first merit list are the toppers and who secure above 90 percent . The college also takes admission after the admission time ends....here students have to aplly in the form and college will call them and ask for the details and confirm there admission by taking the fees but this laat time students don't get scholarship . The cutoff is high for bba but for ba there are cutoff in the merit list but admission are taken for all . The admission f Process takes. Rupee 750 the admission form and the fees paid on admission . I didn't applied in any other college because i don't want headache of attendance in college our college is flexible in terms of attendance. And other colleges in kolkata are far bad in infrastructure and course completion and faculty si there is inly one choice for me

All teachers are very good and are approachable. They help us a lot . The best teacher is SC MAM for DSCC she is the best . The most boring teacher is the envs teacher . The faculty is sufficient for the students . Exams are as per the CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY and that's the worst part of the college . Exams are not not as per the curriculum . Semester 1 is going on from more than 8months . The exam system js worst . The exam have both minor and Major paper. The minor paper's are easy and held in the college itself and the major paper are held outside center. All the teachers takes test and teach accordingly. The exams are the draw back of the college .

There is a lenskart store near our college. A mall - fourm mall which is a chilling spot for us. There is a turf called the Elgin turf and also there are many cafes around the college. There is no night life but after the college ending many students move here and there for enjoyment and refreshments . There is a gym nera to The college there are also many food options around the college . No hostel are provided by the college there are many pg near the college ehich are at a waking distance from the college . There is a metro station at walking distance and also the college area is very good
