Courses are very realistic related to today's world requirement of field of electronics and communication engineering. Professors even modify the syllabus on there own to get up to date and to get ready for today's challenges of field of communication and chip manufacturing.

Campus placement is very good even companies from foreign and all around the world select our college to provide placement to students having good skills and cgpa along with communication skills. In our department around 85-90% get placed on campus with average package of around 24 lakh per annum. Highest package is around 60 lakh for our department. From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in placements. My plan is to get on campus placement.

Overall fees for each semester is around 1.3 lakh which includes all facilities like tuition fees hostel fees and mess fees along with other benefits like medical library and many more. So for each year we pay around 2.6 lakh. Tuition fees is 1 lakh, caution fees is 5000, registration fee is 400 per year, admission fees is only one time payable which is 500 rupees, development 4000 for each year, lab and resource fee is 5000 anually.

There are overall 4 fest of our college named as srijan the last socio cultural fest of east india, concetto which is technical fest of our college, khanan which is geo mining fest and parakram which is sports fest. Each fest is held anually with fixed timing creating enthusiasm among students. Infrastructure is excellent and it would have to be as it is institute of national importance. Library is also very good and is Asia's largest technical library. There are many clubs including cultural, technical, sports which involves developing all around skills of students of this institute.

Hostel is very good as it is newly constructed 13 floor full storey building in modern design. Room size is also very big and provides all basic amenities involving ceiling fan, bed, almirah, cupboard, study table,etc. However food quality is average as it is dependent upon the caterers and not upon the college. Registration is hassle free for each semester as we have to only submit the slip of registration after coming to the campus.

My college is ranked 10th in engineering in all over india which is excellent in terms of competition. And the person who qualify in jee advanced are only eligible to get admission in this college which signifies the quality of the students of this college. Due to decent rank i was unable to get good branch in other top iit's so i have to choose this as this was best and optimal option for my carrer.

Faculty to student ratio is 1:10 for our college. Faculties are very responsive and solve our problem really very well. I personally liked the VLSI prof. due to his interactive behaviour and excellent knowledge. For each semester or half year there are two main exams along with multiple assignments and quiz. There is boundation to grade system which only prof decides either to fail or to extend its boundary to avoid students to get failed.

Gym and cafes are available in institute for all students. However due to security issues and for safety nyone is not allowed to get inside or outside the campus between 10pm to 6am. Famous hangout places involves library basement barista cafe and ruby garden. Campus is very safe to roam around.
