A life of a NIT student

I rate it as good to our curriculum. VLSI design influenced me join to electronics and communication engineering. The curriculum is properly prepares for the rela world applications to the future advancements. The course should be start from 1st year itself but in our college 1st year syllabus is irrelevant to our course. The teachers should not teach the PDFs .the frequency of exams are twice a semester. The difficulty of exams are tough to clear. We should prepare from starting from the date .

The companies that offer internships are Accenture, infosys, amazon, google, microsoft etc.. roles offered in internships are VLSI designer and Checking of codings, tester . We have to get a good cgpa to gain internships early. The projects we have to do are design making , coding , the problem solving skills in our personality. We have clear our doubts in time with our faculty members to gain knowledge

The students of seventh and eighth semester are allowed to secure campus placement in our college . The company's that offer campus placements and internships are google , amazon , Accenture, infosys etc.. The percentage of students getting placements are 85 percent. MY plans after degree are to pursue Mtech from iit Bombay after my btech . The highest package of our college are 55 lakhs per annum and least package is around 6 lakhs . If there is no placement we get in this college we can attend other private interview in outside companies.

I AM BHAVIRI DILLESWARARAO STUDYING IN NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY RAIPUR. IAM FROM RAJAM, VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT OF ANDHRAPRADESH. I HAVE STUDIED MY INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION IN VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRAPRADESH. I HAVE PAID INSTITUTION FEES OF 1,40,000 AND HOSTEL FEES OF 54000. THE OTHER FEES OF 10000. THE FEES OF OTHER CATEGORY STUDENTS IS AROUND 18000. THERE ARE SEVERAL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE LIKE NSP, FFP OTHERS.

The names of the annual and tech festivals are samar conducted by shourya club a sports club. The garba night, Shruthi event by sanskriti club . The largest fest eclectica conducted by sanskriti.we have library in our college to access a variety of books and records. Faculty uses ppt presentation to our classes to teach. They also give clear explanation to our relevant subject to clear doubts . We can also participate in clubs and sports which have been conducted like inter NIT tournaments . We can also participate in clubs as volunteers, executives , head core and mentors public representatives also in our college.

Hostels inour college is very nice .they provide cot and two desks inour room .one for studying and other for storage purpose. The a big cupboard to keep our luggage. The food was bad on our college the menu mostly consists of potatoes alot so we can't eat it daily. The registration process includes josaa admission and hostel are affordable. I have living in college hostel only. Alot lot food items have to be improved alot so we can eat it properly.

When I first my sights on engineering, Nit nagpur was my dream destination.but life had different palns and I found myself at nit Raipur instead .initially i struggled with the thought of missing out my first choice but over time I realised that a college experience is what you make it. We have clear jee mains examination with a good percentile to get admission in NITS . Cut off these exams vary on categories. For my OBC category we should have around 98.1 percentile . The overall admission process experience is good

The faculty to the student ratio is better . It is around 1:5 . The faculty is very good . They have so much experience in teaching. The name of the faculties i liked are Sandeep sarkar , Nitin Jain and others . The faculty i disliked are abha ma'am pratik dholas sir . They teach in hindi so i disliked them and they read PDFs and not explained it properly. There are two exams per sem . Mid and end sem Around 20 members in our branch are failed to clear the exams. The course is very relevant to our course.

We have also have gym to stay fit and healthy. It is available daily .my favourite hang out spots are central garden in our college opposite to our Main building. The hostel timings are upto 9:00 PM night . The institute timings are 9:00am to 5:00 PM . MY favourite hang out spots outside college are marina drive and iskon temple near by our college.the experience in our college is very nice . The students came from different places around country we share different cultures and habits . They helps us to learn hindi that improve us alot
