The greenery of the college is more vibesful and fascinating for me and the college is really beautiful the thing which is needed to be improved are the faculty members.
My engagement with campus life is preety good.
Osme teachers are really very helpful with the students

Dislikes

The crowd of the campus is really very bad for me.
Some boys are really life very toughful to talk that's it
The washroom are not as so clean as it should be

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I am doing is bcom and it's a dream of every commerce student is to graduate from delhi University and the curriculum for the same is pretty much good and beyond our expectations thats it.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 13120 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees for shyam lal college evening is 13120 per year and it includes all the tutions fees etc. The fees I think are same for all the categories as of I know other things I might be not sure for the same

Campus Life

The campus life is going good and shyam lal college is really a very beautiful college if we focus on so cial aspects also the college is very good infrastructure is as per me it's average they can do more better in that.

Admission

I got this college from the delhi university website I want other colleges but I am preety much happy with this as my score was little bit low but I could manage to get here is the only good thing for me.

Faculty

College faculty which they have kept are really good we feel comfortable around them and they are very helpful to us you support us everywhere in the teaching as well as beyond the classrooms also they are helping.

Night Life

Actually I am doing CMA USA actually so I prefer moreover studing in nights after my college as the syllabus for the same is very vast and difficult to understand so I used to study only after my college.

Basically I'm from commerce background so I had decided to chose Bcom Hons which was gud course. The curriculum prepares for the real world very well because they teach us excel, coding , and how to fill income tax e filing also tally and data analytics which was very useful for real world. A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

In first year you are eligible for internship. Deloitte company or so much companies visited our college. Highest package of our college is Rs. 23.5 lakhs per annum from bajaj capital company. Percentage of students vary from year to year. My plan after degree is to get a government job.

I have applied for various colleges of delhi university but the college they provided me is Laxmibai college which was girls college. Nope I don't get rejection from any college I gave cuet and even I got higher marks in cuet but they gave me laxmibai college but it was good for me Admission process was very easy like du portal and login There are no cutoffs as such but passing criteria is there which was 40% for practical and 40% for theory exams as well...Read More

Sri Aurobindo college : Go fir it

I gave CUET for admission in DU. Ofcourse I wanted a south or north campus college. My first choice was Sri Venkateswara College south campus as I've heard so many good things about it. But the eligibility criteria was too high I got 680/800 in CUET which I consider quite good but the eligibility criteria in that college was near 750-760. Bcom programme is quite popular so it doesn't have many seats. I got this college as last I wasn't so thrilled about it but yeah it's good.
