Course Curriculum Overview

I like the science syllabus of bhu,it is highly organised and even practicals are great but I hate drawing as there is a lot of it in zoology and botany and yes I dislike the strict file checking, it's hectic

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 3375 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I belong to bsc zoology combination the yearly semester fees is 3375/_ rupees and the overall fees for this combination is 10125 /-rupees,there is scholarship for students who is poor. It was very helpful for me to pursue my degree.

Campus Life

Bhu library is really great and yes it has departmental library as well where one can study freely with unlimited wi-fi,standarised books are there;ac is not there in classes and fans don't help in fighting the heat wave of benaras

Admission

I chose bhu because it is nearest to my home and my parents prefer varanasi a safer city in comparison to delhi,even I have done my schooling here so it was a better option and I like the campus vibe like it is spontaneous and catchy!

Faculty

I belong to faculty of science and specially botany professors are really very nice and cooperative with students but some exceptions are there,even zoology is quite good and organic chemistry teachers are super nice!

Night Life

Girls hostel is strict,at the vishwanath temple enormous cafes are there and om's cafe cold coffee is the best thing and yes chemistry canteen pakodi and chai -best combo and campus hostel food is really good in comparison to outside

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically I opted chemistry and maths in my major subjects and physics as a minor. I am quite good in chemistry so wanted to pursue graduate and then do masters in the subject.. Exams held regularly times may vary... Some department offers mid sem exams while others don't.. Odd semester are subjective and even one's are objective.. If u have to work hard itself,, university will provide u resources but u have to doi it itself

AMU was amazing!!

Placement Experience:

Many companies from TCS, Tech Mahindra and the likes of Wipro and many others were there. Placements honestly aren't that great as placements percentage too was in the region of 50. I got placements though and I even did a job for a year before applying for MCA which I am pursuing currently.

One beatiful chapter of life..

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reasons too opt this course was my intrest in science and maths mostly .. As you know my courses was based on realistic apllication which we used further in every types of jobs.. I just need too improve the exam pattern so that students can have better knowledge about the courses they studied.. Total we get 3hours of intreval to finish but for mahts portion we need little ore because most of time we put in solving problems..

IAS BHU - malviya jee ki bagiya

There are many other agricultural universities in India including iari that are considered the aiims of agriculture but the fact that BHU offers other activities also like sports and music, dance, athelete and many more things that help to develop your overall persona rather than just relying on grades and scores. Definitely iari is good but the course of bachelors is comparatively new there being 3 years old it started back in 2022 only, i would say iari is good for masters and PhD but for bachelors there is not a single competition of bhu in India. You've to give CUET as the entrance exam for bhu agriculture if you're an Indian and you've 55% score in your 12th with subject combination pcb,pcm or abc then you're eligible. Cutoff is definitely high for bhu as it is the top ranked university in India so you've to work accordingly. After exam results are out the admission process is so smooth....Read More

As i was unable to crack cutoff so this was my third option. comparing it with my first preferences those university give exposure do seminar strict curriculum here it is little bit chill environment. Maybe i wasn't prepare much because i was engaged in my B ed course.
