The atmosphere of the campus is nice and beautiful.
The course fees are minimum so it is affordable for everyone.
Teachers are good in their respective fields.

Dislikes

Washrooms are not as hygienic as they should be .
College building are old. It requires renovation.
Wifi connection is not up to the mark as it should be.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose ba in arts because of my liking about the knowledge it provides. This course provide some aspects of life implementation by providing workshops and internship . It should focus more on the real life implementations.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Few big farm like t and s offer internship to the top students of our college. The stipend is also decent. The average amount is 10000 per month. There are many projects during the course we need to complete and showcase the outcome of theses projects for the evaluation of merit.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a autonomous college the course fees very minimum. The semester fee is about 1200 per semester which includes registration fee,lab fee etc. My college also provide a scholarship named swami vivekanand scholarship on basis of merit .

Campus Life

My college offers very minimal placement for the branches of chemistry and Economics. Few Chemical manufacturing companies of debra visit our college for placement. The avarage package for placed students 240000 per annum.

Admission

I have applied for panskura banamali college and madhpur college. But I choose this college because of the availability of transportation and reputation.the admission process is good.after the 12 th one needs to submit an application for the admission then the college releases a merit list based on our marks in the 12 th board exam.

Faculty

The faculty and students ratio is decent. It is about 1 to 20 . The faculties are good and caring towards the students. Gautam sashmal is my favourite one. As his guidance regarding my academic and personal issues.tjere are some faculties which I don't like for their attitude.there are consists 8 semester,2 internal and 1 external exam.

Night Life

There are few annual and cultural festival in my college. Like a freshers party ,farewell party and a college party . There are several books on different subjects available in the library. There are many social groups for dancing singing debate and drama in the college.the classroom are equipped with wifi connection.

GO FOR IT!!

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Review of the college where i spend three long years and gathered every knowledge that is available there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.

I had only applied for Bishwabharati College, Shantiniketan. The reason for not attending that college is they put my name on the waiting list at the time of admission and on the other side classes were going to start so I took admission near my home which is also known as Debra college. This is one of the best colleges in our area. The teachers here are well qualified and understanding. the fee here is very nominal and the amenties are very good. For admission in our college, we need toh fillup uo the application form through online process and wait for our names to come on the list.
