UPSEE was the entrance test. I chose JSS because it is the best private college in UP and is also near my home town.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers are very well qualified. However their teaching isn't that good except a few teachers. Research and other projects like those of Baja SAE are always worked upon parallely. Teacher are enthusiastic and help students in every way they can.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't attended any internships yet. But I'm aware of the companies and their packages. Only recently, merchant navy, TCS, tech mahindra, wipro hired a large number of students from JSS.

Placement Experience

Every year around 40-50 companies hire students with a good percentage of about 90. Companies have been mentioned above and the highest offer was of 7.7 lakh per annum. Almost everyone was satisfied after the placement and thee was hardly anyone who was left unplaced.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is around 1,10,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

UPTU provides a scholarship. But I don't know much about it. It is only for people who's parents have an annual income below 1,80,800.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is almost 1:1. Workshops are knowledgable and are conducted in the best manner. The overall environment is friendly.

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Great learning and internship Support

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

From 8th sem clg placement starts the companies like infosys hcl tcs airtel and many more comes the highest package was rs 12.50 lakh by a senior girl of btech and the avg package is 6 lakhs around 90 percent+ get the placement somehow teacher also use their public relations to get their students placed so the package differs but placement happens at high rate ....my plan is to prepare for govt job and get a job at pwd as assistant engineer

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.
