Nerim Ba.LLB (h) review by a 2nd year student

My law course is very interesting to be honest as i get to learn new things daily about the indian laws. The teachers are very good and friendly so it makes the classes interesting so it helps too. Overall the curriculum is a bit lengthy but it is necessary what they teach and can be easily learned if we focus in class.

The internships are the best part about this college. Since we are doing law we need to do internships under an advocate for 20 weeks before giving the bar exam. The college helps us connect with good lawyers and get internships. They take responsibility to give us internships under highcourt advocates. So it becomes less hectic for us to find one. It helps us to learn and connect with other lawyers so we can better learn about the law system.

For our law degree till now i have not heard about placements being given. But it could be due to the fact that im still in 2nd year. The other degrees have a lot of placements. But i dont know the salaries. We do but get good internships by the college as they help us connect with people that can help us learn. The internships providing facilities are very good here.

The fee structure is around 60k for ba.llb. the administration staff are very friendly and helpfull. The teachers are very good at their work and teach us properly. I liked the college environment and the students too.

Our college organises a lot of social events. Be it talent shows or cultural shows. I have some friends who are always involved with some dance or singing competitions in our college. Our college also have variety of sports but they focus mainly on football.

I choose this college due to the recommendations i got from my neighbors. Earlier i was in a different college but i dropped out due to personal reasons not related to that college. This new college, nerim, i really liked. This college feels like home to me and even my friends say the same too.

The faculties are the best part of nerim. They are very nice and helpfull as compared to what i have seen in other colleges. The exams for my degree are held by the bar council and it is a bit difficult but the teachers teach well during normal classes so if we study hard we can score good marks.

During my admissions they checked my marksheet and a teacher talked with me to decide if i was eligible. And the admission process after that was very simple and easy. It was more like a personality check test than an interview. They mainly check your marks and good behavior before allowing you to enter the college. The admission process is very easy and they help you if you have any trouble filling up the forms. I found it nice that they take efforts for their students like that.

Our college is very strict when it comes to night time as we are not allowed to enter the campus after dark for security reasons. But the area where the college is located is very secure and we have lots of places to hang around like science Museum nearby or fast food stalls after evening so we hang around there.
