Likes

Good infrastructure with big campus area and teachers are so humble and well desipline
Alloted separate 1st year hostels in 1k distance from college campus
Boys and Girls ratio is 6.5:3.5 and Girls have alloted separate hostels

Dislikes

75% attendance is mendetory this is so boring
College have specific dress code this is disgusting
Ragging is the big problem in my collage

Course Curriculum Overview

Hm! In my collage under maulana abul Kalam azad University so very old syllabus which is not required in the growing world but my collage have specialization courses like AI-ML, DATA SCIENCE. Collage timings for classes is good.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In 2024-25, many companies are visited in our college like IBM, COGNIZANT, INFOSYS, TCS, etc. They also gave internships and also gave many jobs. Project on web development, app development, ai ml , data science etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Because of my wbjee rank 7k , i got a tfw(tuition fees will be paid by government) which semester fees 8.5k and total yearly fees 98k and if we score 7 cgpa in every year we will get 60k stipend named swami vivekananda scholarship

Campus Life

Our college organization annual fest an also tech fest. Our library is so large and huge number of books are available there. In our class room used smart boards. In my collage so many clubs are there like chess,football etc.

Admission

1. Because of low hostel fees and course fees i choosethis college. 2. I rejected from jadavpur university because my rank was in large numbers. 3. In HIT wbjee and jee mains both exam er allowed. Cutoff for wbjee in Computer Science is 8k and jee mains in Computer Science is 80 percentile

Faculty

Normally corse structure is 5.5 lakh but because of my tfw sheet i will pay 98k. Faculty are good. Students welfare dependent Faculty sir aminur rahaman is very rude and he works any task in Late. I like maths Faculty sir ashok mondol, he is so humble

Night Life

Our college have well fitted gym. And also have a good,big library. Separated and good Hostels,hostels are closed at 9pm. In haldia famous visiting places are rever side,city center,ships dock,haldia festival etc.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Okay college and decent placement

I choose this college due to affordable fees and the hostel facility near. But I think my desicion was wrong as it is not good engineering college as compared to the other colleges from noida ,ghaziabad and rest cities of India .This is because of followiong parameters that are good in those colleges.1.NO Regular cultural and technical fest. 2.Not any extra co cirricular activities such as dandiya, festive special programs and the main freshers part. 3. There is no farewell given to final year students by the college. 4. No convacation held. 3. No hightech infrastructure and AC classrooms. Next the admission process is to give WBJEE exam get a valid rank and sit for WBJEE counselling through online portal.choose the college through merit and give physical verification and get admission to this college....Read More
