Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

In this college there’s not a lot of emphasis on sports and other extra curricular activities. But they have NCC ( which is good) NSS which in that they do Blood donating camp. I have seen only Blood donating camp.

Internships Opportunities

No It doesn't. As I was a student in Bsc I never provided any kind of internship.

Placement Experience

2

No really good Placement and jobs are only for commerce students. For science students there is less placement or no placement at all. And if you looking for placement in science in this college , there is no placement.

College Events

4.5

In MS Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce many events are celebrated Cultural event, Onam celebration. Ganesha celebration , National scenice Day, A alumini meet, Cultural day sometime it will be for a week.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite normal. For Bsc biotechnology 60k (2017) and this is for first year and then After remaining 2 year it was 50k. For Bsc genetics I think it was 30000 per year. And don't know about now the fee structure might have changed

Campus Life

4

I don't know about exatracurricular activities. They do some activities. And labs are well organised. Sports also quite good.

Hostel Facilities

4

I don't know. I haven't stayed in the hostel.

Exam Structure

Exam structure in this college they conduct Semester exams. And internal exams twice in a semester Sometimes they also conduct preparatory exams also. And they also conduct Laboratory exams. And Exam structure is good.

Admission

In Bsc I got admission by management. In Bsc biotechnology. By seeing your Pu and 10th marks And in MSc by merit Which is from Bangalore Central University. They have management quota also In MSc.

Faculty

4.5

They are well qualifid They teach well. they are supportive. And Friendly But not all faculties are supportive. Some are Less interactive.

Our particular course dint had any placement drives. But now, from this year they do have for M.Sc. DAN students too. I think its a good move. Other culinary department students had 100% placements as claimed by the University. After getting degree i am interested in pursuing my Ph.D.

I choose this course because I love biology and the only subject I got pretty good Mark's were for this. There are many students in the college. I think in my class there is 40 students. Teaching quality is super good and they clear our doubts without blaming what you were thinking when I was teaching. Exams are frequent and is stuff to attended.
