Course Curriculum Overview

Its course is very relevant aand comprehensive to understand. Also, the faculty continously keep taking feedbacks about the understandability as well as doubts of the topics with students in the campus.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 4350 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1st Year- Rs. 4,350/- 2nd Year- Rs. 4,350/- 3rd Year- Rs. 4,350/- 4th Year- Rs. 4,350/- It consists of all the costs from addmission to study material to support from regional centre. It is very much affordable.

Campus Life

The campus is very supportive about physical health & fitness so it keeps involving us in sports activities. The college campus has very social people to communicate with students about any problem and anything.

Admission

First of all, it had the lowest and most affordable fees structure. Also it had the most easy-to-understand syllabus. Also the faculty is very comfortable to communicate about doubts and student feedbacks.

Faculty

The faculty members keep good connections with the students and also the faculty members regularly keep informing the students about the latest updates on whatsapp group which lets no sort of confusion occur

Night Life

The campus has a cafeteria to have snacks and other edibles. Also, the campus has hostel for the people who prefer staying in the campus only. The quality of edibles in hostel from cafeteria can only be told by the ones who stay in hostel.

I have heard that only 1-2% of the students got placement in our college and they have average package of 7LPA and final year students are eligible for the placements held in our college.as first I will try of make my cgp good and to be selected in the interview for the placement try my best if not i will be doing further studies for my masters

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

Placement Experience:

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Ignou: Flexibility And Disappointment

I had also applied in DU for B.Sc. (Hons) Statistics but the cutoffs were very high and only a few top colleges offered that course. DU SOL also did not provide B.Sc. courses at that time, so I finally chose IGNOU. The admission process is fully online through the IGNOU website. You need to sign in, upload your Class 10 and 12 marksheets, Aadhaar or other supporting documents, fill personal details, and pay the course fee. For most courses you just need to pass Class 12, but for some courses there is a percentage requirement or specific subjects needed to study in class 12 like in my case maths. My overall admission experience was okay, but the approval process took a long time. In my case, it took almost 3 months to finally get the confirmation of admission....Read More
