I LOVED THE MANAGEMENT OF GL BAJAJ LIKE EVERYTHING IS VERY WELL STRUCTURED FOR STUDENTS .
ALSO ACADEMICS OF THE GL BAJAJ ARE EXCELLING DAY BY DAY IT IS ONLY AND ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BEST FACULTY AVAILABLE.
ALSO THERE ARE SOME TEACHERS WHO TEACHES BY TAKING SOME PRACTICAL EXAMPLES WHICH HELPS US A LOT.

Dislikes

CAMPUS AREA IS VERY SMALL ACCORDING TO BEING A COLLEGE .
SPORTS FACILITIES ARE NOT THAT MUCH GOOD IN THE COLLEGE BUT THEY ARE IMPROVING IT NOW.

TALKING ABOUT CURRICULUM IT IS DESIGNED BY THE AKTU AND WE FOLLOWS IT . I PERSONALLY THINK THAT IT IS OUTDATED AT SOME POINT BUT COLLEGE TRIES ITS BEST TO GIVE THE EDUCATION WHICH RELATES TO THE RESPECTIVE INDUSTRY .

TALKING ABOUT PLACEMENTS I CANT SAY A LOT AS I AM IN MY FIRST YEAR BUT I HAVE DISCUSSESD TO SOME OF MY SENIORS AND THEY SAID TAHT YES COMPANIES DO COME FOR PLACEMENT DRIVES IN OUR CAMPUS AND ALSO PLACEMENT AND TRAINING CELL IS VERY GOOD OF OUR COLLEGE. AND SOME OF BRIGHT STUDENTS ARE GETTING PLACED WITH THE CTC OF AROUND 52 LPA ALSO BUT TALKING ABOUT MOST OF THE PEOPLES THEY GET AROUNG AVG OF 4.5-6 LPA OF PACKAGE.

Fees and Financial Aid

yearly fee structure for B.TECH IN any branch is : first year- 161300 second year - 150350 third year- 150350 fourth year - 152300 and there are mainly one scholarship which is provided by the up goverment which is only for counselling students not for direct. and its amount is GEN/OBC-57000 SC/ST- 95000 and yes it is true that institute is increasing its fee year by year.

Campus Life

OVERALL CAMPUS LIFE IS VERY GOOD WE HAVE SMALL CAMPUS BUT IT IS REALLY WELL. MAINTAINED EACH AND EVERY THING IS PRESENT IN OUR COLLEGE CANTEEN,STATIONARY . NOW COMING TO THE SPORTS GL BAJAJ IS NOW GROWING IN EACH OF THE FIELD LIKE CRICKET WE EVEN HAVE A CLUB FOR E-SPORTS LOVERS.

Admission

TALKING ABOUT THE OTHER COLLEGES I HAVE SEEN IN GREATER NOIDA GL BAJAJ IS BETTER IN ACADEMICS AND PLACEMENTS THAT IS WHY I HAVE CHOOSED IT NOW I AM FEELING IT TRUE. BUT ADMISSION PROCESS IS WORST HERE IF YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT THROUGH COUNELLING , FOR DIRECT PROCESS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU CS OR CS RELATED SEATS EARLIER IF YOU DONT HAVE 95+ PERCENTAGE IN PCM AND DEMAND YOU TO COME THROUGH MANAGEMENT QUOTA. BUT LATER FOR SAME BRANCH IF THEY GET THEIR SEATS VACANT THEY WILL GIVE YOU WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENT.

FACULTY OF GL BAJAJ IS BEST ACCORDING TO ME COMPAIRING TO THE FACULTY OF COLLEGES AROUND THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO CLEAR ALL THE CONCEPTS OF OURS. TALKING ABOUT EXAMS THERE ARE ST1,ST2 AND PUT BEFORE OUR FINAL UNIVERSITY. EXAMS AND THEY SET PAPER ACCORDINGLY ALSO CHECKING IS VERY HARD IT INCREASES STRESS AT FIRST BUT LATER WE FEEL THAT IT WAS NECESSARY FOR US.

Interview Experience

NO I DIDN'T FACE ANY GROUP DISCUSSIONS ,TEST OR INTERVIEW DURING THE ADMISSION IT IS DIRECTLY HAPPENED THROUGH MY 12TH PCM PERCENTAGE OR YOU CAN ADMIT HERE THROUGH COUNSELLING OF AKTU. TALING ABOUT CRITERIAL YOU MUST HAVE 93+ PERCENTAGE IN PCM FOR CS (CORE)

Night Life

NIGHTLIFE IS NOT SO GOOD IN OUR COLLEGE AS THERE IS NOTHING OUTSIDE THE COLLEGE TALKING ABOUT INSIDE WE ARE RESTRICTED TO GO OUT OF OUR HOSTEL AFTER 9 PM . ALSO GREATER NOIDA IS NOT SO MUCH SAFE FOR ROAMING OUTSIDE MAINLY FOR GIRLS.

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

My Opinion about GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

So basically I've applied for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Faculty of Technology in Delhi University as per my ranking but I didn't get this CSE branch instead I get ECE branch so I've switched my college to GL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT where I get the CSE CORE branch. The addmission process is simple but as the same time delayed as the UPTAC Counselling takes time to start their counselling process. So the students have to participate in the UPTAC Counselling and do the counselling, they have to make the preference list of colleges in up as per their ranking and which college they want to join, keep that college at the top . The counselling process is of 5 rounds, after the rounds are over their will be a physical reporting at the college you have to go their submit their documents and fees .
