Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum provides a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, focusing on core areas like programming, databases, and software development. Its relevance to current industry trends played a significant role in my decision to pursue this program. The curriculum prepares students well for real-world challenges and further academic endeavors, though it could be improved by incorporating more hands-on projects, updated technologies, and industry exposure. Exams are scheduled at regular intervals and are moderately challenging, ensuring a fair assessment of knowledge and skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees was around 50k to 60k. You can get fee refunded entirely if you apply for scholarship. One of the person who is in B.Des. course has to pay more than me as her yearly fees. There were many scholarships opportunities and you could get all of it refunded.
Campus Life
There are fests like sports fest, diwali fest, holi fest and they are held on their respective dates. Mostly education related books are available. There are no sports equipments available but you can play in the ground with your own. There are clubs like coding club, dancing club, sports club, etc.
Admission
I applied at delhi university and IP university. I chose this over others is because this was a new university and also affiliated with Delhi Government. I did not get selected in Delhi University but got selected in IP university. At my time it was merit based admission but now you have to apply through your CUET result.
Faculty
There is a ratio of 6:50 in faculty to student for each course. There were only two or three good faculties I'd rather not name them. Most of the faculties are actually not serious and just pass the time. There are two exams per semester namely mid semester and end semester exam. Hardly any student fails in them. The course curriculum is relevant to the field if you pay attention to some of the subjects.
Night Life
There are no such spots in the college campus, but you can visit nearby places to grab a bite or just to roam around. Famous hangout places include at the metro station, the vegas mall at dwarka sec.14, etc.
