The course gave us real life exposure as it includes Field visits seminar ,workshop etc. It include lab works too.Exams are held 6 times during the entire course. There are 6 semester and exams held after the completion of each semester. The difficulty level is 10 % rest of the exam is easy and consist of direct question from syllabus only.

The placement cell of the college is very active. Every year many companies visits the college campus and offer jobs to the students. Students can appear for interview only after 2nd year .The placement are based on the interviews conducted by the Companies. Amazon, Decathlon, Google,Dell are some of the companies that visits the campus .On a scale of 100 , 80 students get placed every year .The highest package made was 1600000 and the average package vary in between 300000 to 500000 annually.

The fee was paid thrice As the duration of the course was three years . The fee was paid annually, for the first year the fee was 16,476 , for the second year the fees was 11,884 for third year the fee was 11,884.Yes, the scholarship was provided for maritious student who scored good score in the 12th class. Campus Life

My college life was the best part of my life.It provided the best platform to me too explore myself and surrounding. I got a lot to learn.I devloped many skills that helps to stand out in crowd. The College organise MEHAK as the annual fest. The fest include many competitions, sports activities. Students from different colleges and University participate in these events. The best part of the fest is the last day when singers from bollywood come to give live performances.Apart from annual fest There are many societies and clubs which also organizes their annual fest .For example Environmental society PRITHVI organises its annual fest .I was part of many societies like ,Environmental society, Dance Society, Music society from where i got a lot to learn n experienced many new things. The library of the college is fully equipped with books of all the courses offered by the college. It has a large sitting area one can seat and study there. There are computer labs,Chemistry labs,Physics labs etc.The college however provides less sports opportunities. There are no sports meet up organized by the college. One of the reasons behind this is there is very small ground in the campus area.Rotract Club is a social club run by the student of the college. Its affiliated to Rotary international. It provided international platfrom to the students .I was the member of it and it was one of the best decision of my life to join the rotract club of the college. The club members organise pad donation drive, plantation drive ,stationary donation drive for underprivileged children .The location of the college is also prime ,it is near to the metro station. There are many malls like Select city walk mall,DLF,Hauz khas and many cafeterias where students can hang out.

Admission

Delhi University is one of the renewed University in the country and in the world. It has its own significance. I Applied for other colleges too which are affiliated to Delhi University but I couldn't fulfill their eligibility criteria. I opt for this college because the science department of the college is one of the best department in Delhi University. My college is one of the best college in south campus .During my tenure the admission were made on the basis of score ,scored in 12th standard. However the admission has been changed now.Now the admission are based on the marks scored in the Enterance exam CUET conducted by NTA.The eligibility criteris vary with the course you are applying to..For science courses , one should have an aggregate of 50% marks in their main subjects ,Maths ,Physics, Chemistry, English.

Faculty

5

There were nearly 70 faculty members in our college , including assistant professors and senior professors. The faculty student relationship was good to understand .The teachers were easily approachable. They solve all our queries related to either studies or our personal life problems. There were many Professor but Dr. Poonam and Dr.Manish were my favourite Dr.Poonam teaches physics while Dr.Manish teach mathematics, their way of teaching was quite different. They explain more with example and try to relate the topics with daily life which becomes easy for the student to understand. The exams held 6 times during the course, there were 6 semesters, and exams held after the completion of each semester. The level of the exam used to be easy if one has completed the syllabus and has studied well and followed the guidelines given by teacher. Then he or she can score really good marks.

Night Life

The library of the college remains open till 6 pm in the evening. After that the college is closed.Howerver there are private libraries near by college one can join them. The college don't provide hostel facilities however you can apply for hostel provided by the Delhi University but they are far away from the College. PG's and flats are the only options for accommodation near the college. The campus timing is 8 AM to 6PM.The Public area remains opens till 10 to 11 pm.There are many places to hang out like Qutub minar,Hauz khas fort,Cafes,Malls ,PVR ,Sanjay Van etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.
