What Students Say

Likes

The faculty is really good and well trained.
Overall infrastructure is good. Well maintained building and gardens.
The boys girls ratio is also like 3:1 that is also average.

Dislikes

I hate the lack of freedom. For everything we need to take permission from proctor
Sometimes the hostel warden talks rudely.
The security guards are also annoying. Most of them talk rudely.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yeah the course curriculum is well based upon my choosed specifications they teach us all the required methods and train us accordingly. The exams hold 2 twice in a semester and some weekly test are there too. There are lab practicals and other things to make us solve real life problems

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 5 type of fee category based on your ranked you get in VITEE exam. In first category the total turion fee is 2lac. For 2nd category its 2.5lac for 3category its 3lac and for 4th category its 4lac and for 5 its 5lac. There are scholarship and financial aids for top rankers of vitee exam top ranker gets a free seat and some bonus cash also while other top ranker gets some percent of scholarship. There is no caste based reservation.

Campus Life

The overall life, well its ok there are many clubs like cultural club , tech clubs , communication , sports, literature etc and state bases clubs you can get along with them easily. The libraries are well mantained you can found latest manga and magazine and comics there too. They provide good mordern technology in classrooms and labs

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is really good. The mess food is great they serve veg non-veg as well as jain food in separate messes so you dont have to take tension about that. The food quality is really avg. I mostly prefer to have non veg meal because it taste better. The hostel rooms are not very small just avg and you can really enjoy there and make friends it is easy to connect with others there

Admission

I have low percentile in jee examination so there are not many option for me. And some of my relative suggested me about vit so i choosed this college. When i talk with seniors the told the the placements are avg but if i work hard i can get a good placement so i took admission here

Faculty

There are around 75 students in each class. The curriculum is well centred on core subject they start teaching programming languages from 1st sem that is really good. The faculties are well trained and teaches using mordern method and technology.I like my python teacher ponkuntran he is really hardworking and always supports us.

Night Life

There is no nightlife after 9:pm they close the hostel and you cant go outside there are many cafe and shops you can enjoy within campus and the gym is good but its is really crowded so you have to wait to use equipments. There are many hangout places but you can only go in daytime

Exploring SNSCT in my POV

Placement Experience:

For campus placements students of the 4th year or 7th semester are the eligible ones. Multiple companies like zoho,apple,TCS,CTS, accenture etc have come and multiple small companies too. But the intake for the big and reknown MNCs were low from abt 2-3 candidates only.the placement here is 100% but the companies may vary.My future goal is to go for a government official stream after I finish my masters abroad.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year itself a student become eligible for campus placements and some of seniors got ino flipkart like companies. So the college is good at placement. College with good environment, teaching and placements

Placement Experience:

On doing 6th semester companys are coming for placements. But most of the companys come in the 7th semester. There is a lot of companies come here like Embedur, Honeywell,Caterpillar,Zoho,Tcs, Accenture,Hcl,Ltimindtree,Cts,etc.. Around 75-85 percentage of students got offer. The Highest package is 20lpa amd lowest is 3.36lpa. I have to go to IT company for work.

The only college i applied was VIT .i applied in DKM college just as an Last option. I was not rejected from another college as I didn't applied for any college.
