Likes

The amount of opportunities in different subjects are what makes my college special
Variety of different activities gives wide exposure
The college campus is quite big which makes it good

Dislikes

The college still runs in very orthodox way
No electricity generators in hostels is a big problem
The professors and faculty should be selected through a proper way

Course Curriculum Overview

The timings of college is so hectic that it makes it so tough for the students to have time for even taking breath.... plus the environment in pantnagar doesn't support students it either too hot or too cold

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

52000 per semester needs to be paid 20000 ruppes are for hostel food and bills and rest of 32000 ruppes cover the tution fees lab fees development fees and other areas, students from other categories have to pay the same amount meanwhile students from sc/st category are given scholarship of 48000 ruppes per semester

Campus Life

There are many societies in the university which runs different events and programs and gives opportunity to the students to enhance their talent and learning skills...even many societies are run by the students themselves

Admission

The entrance exam of my university is quite good...rank system is selected for the admission and colleges are given on the basis of ranks meanwhile the seats are distributed category wise due to which there is very unfair distribution of seats

Faculty

The faculty members are good as well as bad...some of them are knowledgeable and some of them are so dumb that shows how the reservation system chooses the unworthy which further leads to bad impact on the image of education

Night Life

There is no night life in our university due to the strict hostel timings of 8pm... students are not allowed to go outside after 8 pm and for girls it is 6pm hence no night life exists in pantnagar university

GEU is right out of top draw.

Placement Experience:

You can play all around your course and university as per the course have made necessary placements arrangements before hand. So I think one who studies here probably takes admission with a gaurateed core placements. Placements are a big show here as the toblerone of placements is highest here.

Placement Experience:

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Madhav Copper Ltd, DRDO and likewise one that are in avaition and defense manufacturers are the ones who mostly will hire us. The reason being our course has been restored by them so that is where we will possibly be placed.

Placement Experience:

Only the defense companies I feel will be the one as our course revolves around that. So BEML, BEL, HAL, DRDO and all will be interested in inking us. Though no placements have been done so far but I am sure that we will crack placements in those companies.

GEU Aeronautics program is world-class!

Placement Experience:

Placements will be done in the last year which is the coming year as nlour course started in the year, we took admission. So, we will.pass out in 2027 and that is when our first placements will be but the learnings that we are taking from ISRO to HAL or companies that are building drones will definitely show interest in us.

No , there are quite good placement in my college during my final year there was almost over 100 companies came there for placement my college provide good environment for placement there are many process in placement like code in round assessment round group discussion for different different job role almost 50% of the student placed in the placement time.from the 4th semester you are eligible for sitting in placement cell when I got into placement round I clear first round and I got dropped in the group discussion round my plan after getting degrees is MCA

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am preparing for a government job, so I took admission in this course just to get a graduation degree and not for any other reason. There should be some improvement in the lab and also in the exam pattern. The timing of our exam is 2:30 hours which is less time because the exam is lengthy.
