Summary of my college life and my college

I was interested in Biotechnology subject as it was my subject instead of hindi in 12th. I have to make my career in biotechnology field as it was recent trending topics in india after covid. Frequency of exams were normal but sometimes it may take time longer than expected.

you have to find internship on your own only if you want help from your faculty they will help you to find internship. Intrnship with stipened was rare to only some students. Most of the students works as a intern free of cost. Gnerally studnets pursue their internship in DRDO, mrd ife sciences, IPC GAZIABAD, patanjali etc.

On campus placement takes place but students get placed remain low in numbers. some applied for higher studies and some goes for off campus placement. GATE qualified studetnts increasing in past few years. Mostly they applied for higher studies and psus for placement.

Till 2020-2024 batch yearly fees for btech course was 76500. After it was increased to 85000 to next upcoming batches. All tuition fess caution fees admission fees lab fees development fees were included in these ammount. At the time of admission you have to pay 1000 rupees and 50 rs. processing fees for registration purpose after which enrollment nuber assigned to you . At the time of counseeling you have to pay 20000 for seat freeze and remaining 56500 at time of admission. You have to pay these amount one 20000 and 56500 in other transaction. You can pay 56500 through online, debit card, credit card and draft or e challan. SC/ST category have to only pay 200 fees. UP government scholarship available to students. OBC, GENERAL recieve 65000 scholarship including hostel fees and 90000 to sc/st students.

Over all experience for campus life was average. Club involvements was popolar in campus but some coding club were present. Btech department have only two buildings one for all 6 deparments and one for separate mechancical department. so infastructure was not good it must be improved.

Two seater room available containing two chair, two table, two bed, one almirah, light. Hostel timings were 6am to 10 pm but if emergency gate will be opened by guard uncle on the request. In our Lord buddha pg boys hosel Community mess was present operated by only hostel students so that was excellent effort by students. Hostel alloted only on merit basis and for general boys only 30 seat per batch, for obc only 10 students per batch.

I also apllied other colleges for this course including IMS gaziabad, Dr. b.r. ambedkar handicapped college kanpur. Bundelkhand university was goverment university and lab exposure was too good. Other colleges was private institute and one was goverment but i feel it was not so good.

Especially for btech department there were 55 faculty including guest faculty for 2200 students. Academic coordinator and assistant professor Brajendra Shukla was excellent teacher. He was a good mentor and help students in all possible ways. Dr. Anand Kumar pandey, Assistant professor btech biotechnology department was worst faculty because he especially target students.

Till 2021, through upsee selection exams were host by up government for admission in btech courses. Thereafter cuet ug exam decisive for taking admission. NO group discuussion and interview were organised for admission.

Market outside the campus was relatively good so students use those areas. in past few years it was well developed some beutiful drawings architecture sitting areas were developed. Nearby sadar bazaar was good market students reularly visit that place. Nearby orcha kila, jhansi kila, and other historical monuments were part of interest for students.
