Likes
- good exposure for kids to grow and flourish. Good student crowd. People from all different backgrounds are there and students are mostly smart and are willing to learn new things. Overall good exposure for students
- Good cafeteria will reasonable food and both north and south India food options
- Regular events and seminars are conducted with guests lectures
Dislikes
- Very pricey fee structure, fee could have been a little less
- Attendance policy is very strict and follows mandatory 80% attendance
- Placements are not that great as off now
Course Curriculum Overview
I Would say that's it's average. Like other colleges only. However one good thing is we have one or two elective paper almost every semester in which we can choose particular subjects according to our interest.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fee: 2.3 lacs (current) for the first 3 yr and 2.5 lacs for the last 2 years. the time when i joined 2020: the feew structure was- first 3 year: 2.10lacs, last 2 years: 2.30 lacs no scholarship is provided by the college.
Campus Life
Campus life was overall good. You get adequate opportunity to participate in various events and be a member of various committees. So the campus life is overall kind of happening. You also make good friends
Admission
I took admission in this college by the name and fame of Christ University, Bangalore Campus. However this is a very new campus with not much exposure as Bangalore campus also the placements aren't great
Faculty
Faculty members are mostly good and approachable. They are mostly friendly and will surely help you out except for a few who don't teach properly and don't pay attention and to the students needs and situation
Interview Experience
there was an entrance test, SLAT accompanied by a PI round. PI was done online during covid, now it is completely offline. You will have to visit the campus and give your PI on the date allotted/ selected by you. The PI is pretty basic and easy, they ask basic questions about your knowledge on law and why you want to pursue it
Night Life
So the college initially had in campus accomodation but now they have shifted the hostels outside the campus, but within the area in which the college is located. There are numerous pgs also around. so overall the nightlife around campus is pretty happening
