I found Civil engineering to. Be very good difficult and complicated initially but after few weeks of regular class i understood each topic easily. Our first semester curriculum was therotical with few

Unacademy, physicswallah, cognizant, TCS, infosys are some of the companies which visit our campus for internship and placements and hire bright students to work for their company.Moreover there is also non paid intership in different nits and iits

Placement Experience

From 6th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited our college such as pepsico wipro unacademy L&T etc. Highest package in cse department is 44 lpa. In my knowledge 90%students

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees =65000 Hostel fees=40000 Forsc/st tution fees is zero For meb(most economical backward family income less than 1 lakh per annum) tution fees is zero for meb(other economical backward) tuition is1/3 of original fees

Campus Life

There are many clubs in my college like photography, art, musics, robotics,dance, etc. that offers many opportunities to s tudents to make their free time become valuable. Their is separate building named students amenities.

Hostel Facilities

The mess food quality is good on some days but we face problems in wating on some day as southindian foods are being made on most of the day .Hostel is compulsory for all students and hence the mess facilties

Admission

I got this college through jossa counselling in 3rd round . My College infrastructure is very very well. Compared to northeast nits but I think placement is not. As good as others nits of south india .

Faculty

Most of faculty are adhoc. Only few are payment. But their are very friendly with students. In my class Total strength is 90 but section is divided for 45 and 45 and Sandeep sir is very good faculty

Night Life

Our college backgate close by 9:00 pm at night after which nobody is allowed to enter or go outside by backgate. Our libraryBR ambedkar is opened from 9 to 12 which helps the student in studying with concentration and without any disturbance

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

Rather than this college I also applied for other colleges nit's in the counseling I got this college because of my rank.i also choose this college because it has good placement percentage and average package.and one more reason is I am a native of Andhra Pradesh so this college will be some near also and the food will be good. College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
