Likes

I appreciate my teachers for their work they are truly God gifted
I like the library of our college and I really enjoy that place
Lastly but not least I love my campus for the renovation of masjid in campus where we assemble and pray

Dislikes

During class time some boys and girls not joining the class
Library which I mentioned above must be renovated and their should be strictly pin drop silence from the faculty also
Our campus hostel needs repair ment and drinking water availability is prior to all

Course Curriculum Overview

In the era of science and technology I choose chemistry because of it gives us vast knowledge about chemicals it prepare us for new adjustments to make the chemical use efficiently and help us to know the devastating effects of wrong use of chemicals

Class Size: 675Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly fees is around 9000 to 10000 for my course which I have opted and it includes all like lab fees, development fees but except these we have to pay exam form fee of rs 1200 on every semester exam and the details given above fit to my all batchmates of my course.

Campus Life

Campus Life is good it teaches us many things we make new friends from far flung areas which come to study and their are many books present also newspapers like kashmir uzma, the hindustan times, greater kashmir etc are present. Our campus include a variety of events also.

Hostel Facilities

We have big rooms with attached almirahs meal quality is a littlebit underestimated Registration fee which I paid was 5000rs and filled a form except this we have to pay monthly mess fee. If I rented a room then I had to rent a room near rajouri kadal.

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Admission

It was in fate and I got selected although I have applied for different courses in other colleges but this I mean the present college notified earlier the selection of students to opted courses so I focused on that

Faculty

All I want to say is our faculty is best and If we talk about faculty to student ratio it's like 10:3. In a year there are two end semester exams and we also have T tests for eligibility in final exam taken by all the different course faculties.

Night Life

We have a mesmerizing view of botanical garden in campus at night and we have a big play ground in campus where we enjoy cricket and other sports. In campus hostel we enjoy a lot at night together we ate food enjoy the company of eachother.

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

Remarks:

A Good College Even though the college life seems like a fairy-tale to you, it is not. There are so many things that you have to be careful about when you are visiting a college and checking out its ambience. Don’t get influenced by the clean campuses that most of the colleges have; they purposely do it so that people like you get attracted to their appearance and join their team. If you don’t want to waste your hard earned money on the fees of the wrong college which spoils your fairy-tale dream, you might want to take admission in a college that’s good enough for students like you.
