In nit kurukshetra curriculum which is followed is little bit old but not so wasted it has some importent aspects which we have to learn but also many useless things. There will be 2 midsem exam in 1 day each of 50 minutes . difficulty of exams are mostly difficult

As technical societies can help for finding oppotunities as i make a 3d printer as my project and also made a programming project .

In nit kurukshetra placements are pleasent good as there is good ratio of getting placements. Many big companies are arriving and giving opportunities. as there is a highest poackage of 64 lpa anf average is of 12.68 lpa while cse average is about 20 lpa and talking about my branch ece the average package was about of 17 lpa which is quite good .

In nit kurukshetra the overall basic tution fees of b.tech is 6 to 7 lakh (not including hostel fees).If we included hostels,then fees of hostel will be 40000 per semester means about 8-9 lakh total fees.There will be fee weavier according to their parent income if your parent income is less than 1 lakh then your tution fee will be zero.If your parent income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh then your tution fee will be reduce by 66 percent.no tution fee weavier for those whose parent income is greater than 5 lakh. Also if you are a sc/st candidate then also your tution fee will be zero.There is no fee weavier in hostel fee, you have to pay whole hostel fee without getting any discount

In nit kurukshetra there are many clubs ,society related to all the things. you will se many clubs related to dancing ,singing arts etc in which you can enhance your skills.Also some technical societies are also there such as aeroclub, antarishq, microbus etc.The infrastructure provided is quite good and full of green but there are some old buildings and only 1 oat is there which they have to expand

The hostel rent is somewhere around 40000 for 3 seater room in whivh mess advance is 30000 , 6000 is non refundable fees for hostel and rest are the elctricity bill of the hostel. the food of mess is deacent not so good but all other facilities are good like washrooms and washing machines

choosing nit kkr can be a great dicision depending on your priorities and goals, as it ranked among top nits .compare to nit surathkal nit kkr offers comparable quality in specific streams like elctrical and mechanical engineering

In Nit kurukshetra, in my branch there is 120 students which are divided into 2 sections of 60 students,faculties of both the sections are different.there is a good behaviour/ relationship between students and faculty members.some faculties are very strict or being to be very strict without any reason also teaching us most of useful things.In nit kkr there are 2 midsems and 1 end sem in 1 semester. Mid sems are of 20 marks and end sem is of 50 marks.there is also practicals,vivas and assignments according to which your internal marks will be calculated

There are many cafes,cafeterias around hostels and buildings where you can chill. The night life is good but for girls there will be an end time of 8:30pm which is quite boring for girls . Also most of the canteens will close upto 8:30 of night.Only one maggie point will opened at night.
