The Curriculum prepares for real world applications and it helps in further academic pursuits. Although They teache theories more instead that they have to change curriculum and give more efforts in lab and practicals.

Different companies provide many internship opportunities with stipend. IT Comapnies like TCS are providing data analysis, Software engineering. Some providing graphics and media based positions. Once we selected in interview we have go through the training period and after that we work under contract

From the last Semester onwards students get to chance in campus placements and interviews done by various Comapnies including it comapnies like TCS etc. Only 15-20% students got placements. Companies offers many packages and starting packages is from 150000 pa.

The Year wise fees is based on Courses. Although around 25000 is levied. In this amount tution fees, development fees, lab fees are included. An amount is levied at the time of admission which includes admission fees, caution deposit and other compulsory charges is around 20000. There is also aided courses which has no fees levied for merit cum students. Many scholarships available provided by both government and college.

Campus life is very vast and students got many options extra curricular activities. College anually conducts an arts fest to encourage students to empower their Skills. Anuall sports meet also conducted. College has its own team in every Sports item includes Football, cricket, baseball, wrestling, handball etc. College gives good support to sports. many social groups and clubs are also there like music troop, dance club,welfare club,debate club etc. TedX farook college is one among them and it got many attentions form all over the world as it is the part of TedX talks.

College hostel facilities is very poor. Frequent power cuts, some rooms dont have even mobile charging Spots. Meal menu is not bad it includes both veg&non veg foods. Quality of meal is below average.

I choose this college because its autonomous and one of the best colleges in kerala. The Admission process is Single window system like university no further exams or other process conducts. Cutoffs are 75% in UG and 55% in PG.

A very good relationship is ongoing between students and faculty. Many of the faculty were good and everytime approachable. Every Student has a mentor it is very good. Although there is also faculty with negative attitudes and behaviors. There is semester wise exams Counducts in every 6 months. Exam is conducting by the college itself. The valuation is little bit tough. Exam covers the whole course curriculum.

There is no night life in college as its close on 7 pm. Girls hostel also closes in 7pm. Boys hostel has 10pm. Most of the students are depending paid guest or apartment options other than College hostel. Night life in surroundings is not bad. Calicut city is only 6 km far from here. Also shopping malls, Food spots are available near college. Entertainment facilities like cinema theatre, Indoor Grounds, Gymnasium is also available. Loaclty is safe to raom around night.
