Remarks

Every thing have some good n bad side it was same with our college life.Apart from all the frustration and pressure of submission,the college life is the best memory which cannot be forgotten which will stay forever with us.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum consist of all basic subject containing theoretical knowledge of chemical engineering.curriculum also contains elective subject.Exam structure contains 2 internal exam of 20 marks of which AVG of both exam is considered.Final exam is of 80 marks

Placement Experience

College placement is not so good I still don't get any job.College doesn't provide internship but through my reference I have done 2 internship.In IRMRA and Melog Speciality Chemicals for a period of 15-15 days

College Events

In college there are many events going on through the year conducted by different branches.In September there is a technical event known as tecnitude.The cultural event is known as Milestone which conducted on the next day of tecnitude

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our fee consists of tution fee,exam fee,library fee,development fee,caution money,etc.Our fee depends on caste.for general caste it is above 1 lakh rupees.Which is very expensive as compared to other castes.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have been benefited by the Economic backwards Caste Scholarship as our family income is Less than 2 lakh rupees.According to this scheme I avail refund of 50% of my tution Fees.As I have taken loan from bank.

Campus Life

There were no Time for extra curricular activities due to whole lot of assignments and submission.But we use to play cricket after the college.Carrom also we use to play after college.Gyming before college and swimming on Sunday

Alumni/Alumna

Senior where very friendly with us. They also guided and provide there help whenever needed.During formation of commity they cooperated and guided us what to do and what not to do.Seniors are in contact with us after there college also.

Admission

Based on 12 th and JEE marks bases percentile is calculated and based on percentile I got admission in college through CAP round.There are 3 rounds for admission as my score was high so I got admission in first round itself.

Faculty

Faculty was good and well experienced.It gave us both theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge which would be a great help in over further industrial life.For over development they strive very hard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

Datta meghe is moderate tier 3 college, i choose this college because it is near my home and my cousin also studied from this college it is good . I am trying for VIT Mumbai which my aim to get but cut off of this college is high.
