Course Curriculum Overview
Forensic science is a well emerging field as the crime rate is increasing day by day. In our course we have practical's as well as theory examinations which equipt us to be the best in the field. According to me teaching methods are fine but it depends 3 Exams are conducted in a sem. 2 by the college and one is end term examination
Internships Opportunities
During final year, internships are provided. Delta, Amazon recruites our students.Many assignments are given during all the sem. We have to submit it on time otherwise they faculties won't give us the mark
Placement Experience
Final year students will be called for placements Companies like delta, Amazon are recruiting students. Highest package is 12Lpa, average 4lpa. Around 60% Students are placed with good package. I'm planning to do masters in the same field for much better opportunities
Fees and Financial Aid
We will have to pay around 10k as a deposit where 5k is refundable.and 70k initially as for taking admission and rest 65k is the total fees for a year.then we'll have to pay for uniform, lab equipment's, attendance shortage, absence in exams etc There is some reduction based on caste but don't have enough knowledge to elaborate.
Campus Life
Many events are conducted in all departments, weekly once. Many fests are conducted in English department. There is AI club, and even anti ragging cell which is efficient and effective in all aspects.
Admission
I applied to presidency, Ramakan and Jain. But Kristu Jayanti stand out because of its faculty strength infrastructure and placement opportunities. Forensic science is a new course even if it is our college provide us with the best curriculum in all aspents
Faculty
Faculty members are well qualified who provide us with good referrals and examine us through various quiz tests etc.exams papers are made by externals so it is easy to pass if we have enough knowledge about the the subject. Not many fail only a few fail to clear examination
Night Life
Night life is quite good here. Many cafés are surrounding . There is gym in the college and also many gym are there surrounding the college.Library is open till 8.30 pm. Hostel curfew is quite strict it is around 8 pm
