We have to go 2 places for classes and but is okay
One is in janakpuri delhi and another haryana

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i chose which is btech cse curriculum prepares us for real world very nicely and the frequency and timing of exams are okay but they should give more time for exams. Exams are long but we doesn't have that much time.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies for internship like wipro and amazon etc i don't know more of them but they offer many things and there is a IOS lab in campus in which they teaches us AI/ML and make us ready for companies

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fee is 100000 per year all included. I don't know about scholarship or financial aid that are available or not. My batchmates fee is same 55000 per semester for 8 semester. My fee structure is also same 55000 for every semester total semesters are 8

Campus Life

The college have many clubs like volleyball, basketball, criclet etc. They also play many matches inter college matches or university matches and college celebrates festivals also in campus in a very nice way like diwali, halloween etc. They arranged halloween night in campus on the occasion of halloween

Admission

I filled JEE Mains exam registeration but my form got cancelled i don't know why. But it was my drop year so i have to take admission next year otherwise my another year will be wasted so i searched for colleges and i found two colleges IITM and MERI CET i visited both colleges but i liked MERI more it has good faculty members and nice infrastructure. Less fee .

Faculty

The faculty student ration is good not that much faculty but it's okay hos much they have they all are nice and hard working. Hans sir is nice his way of teaching is the thing i like and his character. And BEE teacher mr. Manoj bansal he is also very nice and sweet teacher.

Night Life

I don't know about night life i didn't stay that late bus i can say it will be good and the gym in college is small bus good. And there is one cafeteria which offers good food for students and there is a library which is very nice and big

College location and connectivity is good, it takes 5-8mins by auto/erickshaw to reach the nearest metro station, also buses run

Dislikes

College Infrastructure is quite old, they are rebuilding the washrooms so its better than before
Placement and internship are decent, need more support and guidance
College crowd is mostly uninterested in career and participating in hackathons or career building events

first of all i would say the infrastucture of the our collge is too good and even the best when we comapre it to other colleges in our university
second is its labs and advance tech lab for a btech student in vlsi domain we have a vlsi lab which have all the equiped tolls tahtare required for a good placemnt and same for other branches as well also in our campus there is super computer
third is the secuity the security of the campus is very good we got riif id card all gates are only when when the correct id card are shown out there and also thereare ample amoun tof

Dislikes

second is the campus area is too much smaller comapring other colleges
third is the canteen the food in the canteen is not soo good and there is no much option avaiable out there

Placement Experience:

For placement, I would say it is average in terms of top-tier colleges. Average placement is 6 LPA; the highest last year was 29 LPA in BTech AI/ML. Placement is offered in the 4th year of the courses, and there are on-campus placements available, but under significant criteria based on the recruiting company like cgpa should be more then 7.5 no active backlog and all so these are the cretiera that a company demands and depands of dfiffrent companies i dont have any subsqueent infomation regaridng the name of companies visited and no of offer made but i have the information regarding thear placement percenateg it was aroung 82 percent last year my plans are to prepare for govt exam and get in there after getting degree

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

As no batch has been passed out from our college, the first batch of BTech placements will be out by 2025 So then we will know about the placement scenarios and on campus and internships, but for a B plan, one should always Acquire for the trending skills in the society, my plans after getting the degree is either I go for the post graduate or I apply to off campus in abroad.

MERI College : Academics and Campus life experience

I selected this college cause it's too near to my place andanother biggest resaon is attendace. There are not so much restriction on the short attandance in this college. So we could focus more on our career related cousres and self study. As some college give a real world or practical tech enviroment to the students by organising tech events like hakathons and all , our college don't. and this something which could be better. Admission process was easy and basic like we just have to take our document fill the registration formand they will tell us the fee sturcture and may ask for a campus tour also. If you would like to so they will processyour regsitrartion. If you fulfill basic creterias like PCM in12th for enggineering etc....Read More

A gateway to fly high

Good learning environment all around. Labs are crucial in the engineering curriculum and this college has well-equipped labs with well informed and knowledgeable lab attendants. This college also provides a gym, cafeteria, playground, a huge auditorium, and playing grounds. The admission process includes both a direct basis and an entrance exam based too. The direct admission is given based on your 12th marks and your performance in JEE Mains. The Institute also has its own entrance test sometimes. The admission starts In July to August every year. This year due to the COVID situation the admission process is fully web-based (Online). And it's going to start soon. If you are trying to find a college in the Delhi NCR region with a good opportunity and economical fee structure, you can definitely prefer this college.
