College infrastructure is good and nice building

We have to go 2 places for classes and but is okay
One is in janakpuri delhi and another haryana

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i chose which is btech cse curriculum prepares us for real world very nicely and the frequency and timing of exams are okay but they should give more time for exams. Exams are long but we doesn't have that much time.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies for internship like wipro and amazon etc i don't know more of them but they offer many things and there is a IOS lab in campus in which they teaches us AI/ML and make us ready for companies

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fee is 100000 per year all included. I don't know about scholarship or financial aid that are available or not. My batchmates fee is same 55000 per semester for 8 semester. My fee structure is also same 55000 for every semester total semesters are 8

Campus Life

The college have many clubs like volleyball, basketball, criclet etc. They also play many matches inter college matches or university matches and college celebrates festivals also in campus in a very nice way like diwali, halloween etc. They arranged halloween night in campus on the occasion of halloween

Admission

I filled JEE Mains exam registeration but my form got cancelled i don't know why. But it was my drop year so i have to take admission next year otherwise my another year will be wasted so i searched for colleges and i found two colleges IITM and MERI CET i visited both colleges but i liked MERI more it has good faculty members and nice infrastructure. Less fee .

Faculty

The faculty student ration is good not that much faculty but it's okay hos much they have they all are nice and hard working. Hans sir is nice his way of teaching is the thing i like and his character. And BEE teacher mr. Manoj bansal he is also very nice and sweet teacher.

Night Life

I don't know about night life i didn't stay that late bus i can say it will be good and the gym in college is small bus good. And there is one cafeteria which offers good food for students and there is a library which is very nice and big

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

MERI College : Academics and Campus life experience

I selected this college cause it's too near to my place andanother biggest resaon is attendace. There are not so much restriction on the short attandance in this college. So we could focus more on our career related cousres and self study. As some college give a real world or practical tech enviroment to the students by organising tech events like hakathons and all , our college don't. and this something which could be better. Admission process was easy and basic like we just have to take our document fill the registration formand they will tell us the fee sturcture and may ask for a campus tour also.
