Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum though very rigid and can be tough at times but is actually very relevent and makes the students get the concepts in the way of undersatnding them of how to apply them in real life scenerio or the current economic sutuations .

Internships Opportunities

3

Internships are also their sometimes faculty members also tells about the opportuity available and we got internships like in data analyst role and other roles etc and they are like for one month and two months .

Placement Experience

3

Placement cell is there to help students but personally didn't went for one as I wanted to do Masters in abroad after my grad .Although I know about the average salary package they provide cause one of my friend did applied for the Placements and got selected .

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee Structure is approximately 6 Lakh per annum and scholarships are also available but that depends upon the candidate's financial need and other details basically management takes the desicions .

Campus Life

4

Campus ife at ISBF is good in the sense that we had differengt clubs and socities and students are so generous and helpful of each other you won't find any difference in clubs as everyone is here to help each other and so is woth the different socities they are always helping easch other in any initiative or programms .

Admission

So I choose ISBF beacuse of the curriculum at first place as i am not able to go Abroad for my education but want a degree like UOL which ISBF is offering which actually is not available in my place at any other college in the way like ISBF provides it so I choose ISBSF over others .

Faculty

4

Faculty members are helpful they always help the students with their doubts and questions and give the best suggestions . They gives us the projects and assesments in a way that brings practicle knowledge and industry knowledge alongwith the curriculum of LSE.

Interview Experience

4

In the admissions process we did have Imet exam and Personal interview rounds where we met the faculty members in the panel and had a discussion on varipus questions regarding the cousrses wew opt for thwy has been helpful during the P.I too.

Night Life

Students become eligible for campus placements around 5th to 6th semester. Highest package of 2024 was 25LPA. Usually 8CGPA is considered a sweet spot for campus placements plus it gets them easier to get into world class universities for post graduation.

Acharya Narendra Dev College - [ANDC], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Biomedical Sciences)
Reviewed on Mar 3, 2026(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Biomedical Sciences is very interesting as well as challenging, it covers various fields of sciences and has great scope in terms of research. The course connects theory with real world applications in hospitals and research laboratories. A few examples would include, antibacterial testing, PFT, EMG, blood tests, which are commonly performed in hospitals. The course also helps us to pursue our hands in research further by providing us with hands on training for skills such as biostatistics, writing scientific literature, lab skills, etc. A few improvements that I would suggest is the removal of outdated testing methods and practicals from the curriculum that are not essential for the real world currently. The teaching methods are quite good and interesting. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester and are relevant to the curriculum. The practical exams test your knowledge of hands on experience that you've gained while doing lab work. Theory exams are of 3 hours as per usual and test your theoretical knowledge from books and classes mainly.
